I use a Scalextrics Sport-world unit with the standard powersuply for all four lanes. But because of the tough treatement of the track in the bends up and down, I have done some extra work to secure power:
1. 7-8 Power taps around the track. This means connecting different part of the track with wires to make sure you have conectivety.
2. By sligthly cramping the U-formed track connectors of the scalex track before pushing the pin of the next track piece into place.
Nice layout! Your car could use some work though - oil the motor and gearwheels and let it run slowly for 10 hours. use some lamp oil on your wheels to get smoother grip (especially in the corners)
Nice, love the elevation.
And the pitbuilding!!! Did you make it yourself?
