The infection spreading in seconds in this trailer is not in the game. The survivors i have encountered that were bitten turned in a couple hours. Maybe 6. If you skip the prolouge level it will take u 30 minutes through the game to reach the lighthouse. Its filled with survivors that have quests for you. Everything in this trailer is only one map: The Resort. It includes the beach, the pools, the shipwreaks, and the hotel. Other maps not all are: The City, The Jungle, The Laboratory, The Prison

i have this game and i beat it 7 times on ps3 so trust me when i say the following. All the zombies except for the bellhops one that was chasing the lil girl were walkers. They are the main, slow zombies. The bellhops guy was one called infected. They are fast sprinters, and they do average damage. That girl was lucky she didnt run into a butcher. They are as fast as infected but do twice more damage and claw at you with what ever limbs they have left.

You know, you have a point - She probably didn't die instantly, seeing as (the most obvious hint) she OPENS HER EYE and sheds a tear a few seconds after landing on the ground.

Maybe it was the blunt force to the head that made her revert - The force could've activated adrenaline or system shock, possibly giving the immune system a sudden boost, again-possibly blowing the virus right out of her.

clearing everything up on this for people thinking about buying. the slow zombies chasing the girl are walkers (easy to outrun) the fast ones are infected. they run at the same speed but they dont stop for breath, you do. infected have been bitten not long ago and they get slower and slower (walkers) the axes are found on the wall at the end of the game. when you complete the game you can start again keeping weapons. cut a limb off and they bleed for 20 secs then stop. wanna know more? inbox. XD
