well, psychobilly is a mixture of punk and rockabilly...its called PSYCHObilly because the lyrics are psycho lol...check out some other psychobilly bands such as Sir Psyko & His Monsters, Godless Wicked Creeps, The Meteors, The Radiacs, Demented Are Go.

Well, you'll have to ask the singer. It isn't at all a surprise to me that if someone is going to pay homage to the "wampire" movement that they'd keep it going all the way through a song. In fact, I'd have been more surprised if he'd lapsed back to the hard 'v' sound. Artists create what they want to. We can certainly ask questions about what we don't understand, but to expect a reason to be evident is a strange notion to me. If art was predictable, it wouldn't be as interesting, would it?

The clicking noise is part of the style and music that makes Psychobilly and all the other styles of early punk. It gives the song another dimension as most bands are only 3 pieces.

It's not for everyone but it's part of the songs attitude and plays a massive part of the overall sound.
