I second you, Ridor! I already know that Sorenson VRS uses interpreter with non certificate because I already recognized most non certificate interpreters who aren't doing good job on VRS to customers and very lousy to read our ASL and misinterpret what we talk about. I have caught several mistakes from non certificate interpreters which Sorenson does not care about our interpreters are not certificate! What wrong with Sorenson's mind???
