I had one too me and my brother were playing in multiplayer mode on april fools day he tried to prank me with a lave fountain and he accidentaly set our house on fire when we cleaned it up we found a squid near the water fall we made the water fall into an aquarium when we put him in he kept on hitting walls so thats when we names him Retardo :D

Idk y it's rly weird, so u always find them on the bottom I usually just dig a bit of a pit in an ocean area and get a few like that.... Hope I helped ^_^

If squids could swim upward, I'm almost certain at least ONE of them would swim through the feeding door. Also, the water is one of the problems, squids actually can only swim downwards.

@CptTrotta214 Yes, well I have rebuilt my aquarium much much larger then before, it is 20 by 20 and at least goes down 20 blocks, I have also built a new catchment system that is automatic. I have been tinkering around with redstone and I have an automatic cart system.So the squid goes through my MYSTERY contraption and lands in the cart sending another cart to come and push it into an aquarium.It has taken forever to build this and I will soon post a video.
