  • One thing that might work would be to have a large water bottle next to you at your desk and drink it often. The tons of bathroom breaks that ensue will force you to get out of your seat and go to the bathroom. Then once you're out of your room, you'll have a higher chance of being distracted by undone chores and actually do them. Or get distracted by the family dog and spend time playing with it instead of going back to your room/compute or laptop.
