  • They spent 2 weeks "weatherizing" one house, it must have cost several thousand dollars. Will it ever pay for itself in energy saved? No, because if it did they wouldn't have had to appropriate (steal) money to pay for it. The real money earners would pay for it themselves if it was truly worth it.
