My brother and i grew up with this game together when we were kids and we are still playing the games together and even if we are adults :) . I have downloaded all Super Mario Bros games from Wii Shop Channel and my brother was so happy when i downloaded the games for him on my Wii :)

Certain things instantly cheer me up when life gets rotten, such as watching Weekend at Bernie's and seeing Super Mario up on YouTube. Perfectly crafted game and music. I'm stepping through the door to childhood now. Ah the 1980s, where of course bad things happened like today, but pop culture was made of gold, and that made society a bit better.

I want the sound effect at 0:12 of him getting the special growth spurt, polka dot mushroom to play out of nowhere whenever something goes my way.

I like to think that Mario's mushrooms are the material used for making steroids, because it explains how he grows and when he gets hit by an enemy, it's like they take i away from him. The fire flowers are a spice that makes him shoot fire, the invinceble star is his heroin (I like to call it the heroin theme), and when he reaches to the little castle at the end of this level, what do you think he does, should I call the theme of when he gets to castle the intercourse theme?

No it wasn´t, the first game that mario appeared in was "Donkey Kong" from 1981. But then he was a carpenter. So for the next game "Mario Bros" from 1983 he became a plumber cause the gamers thought he looked like one.

This game was actually the 4th mario game and was released in 1985 along with the console NES (in america).

if you jump fast you will be faster than the time the coins dissapear, if you jump a 10coin box once, wait 10sec. 1coin is left
