In my experience, using support (UAV/Counter-UAV) is the fastest way. I'm not sure why because Specialist seems like it would be faster, but maybe it's because i'm too beast and get Specialist Bonus too often. Props :)

You get much more kill Streiks if you use the 2,3,4 killstreaks like recon drone, care Package and predator. if you get 8 kills in a Row you have at the end 6 killstreaks , with Spezialist you only got 4 !

actually the fastest is uav care, package, and sentry gun(predator and ims work too) because with this at 2 points u get 1 ks at 3 points you get 2 more and at 4 points you get 1 more so the ks u got per point are:

0, 1, 3, 4, 4, 5, 7, 8, 8, 9, 11, 12... vs

1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, (not sure if it counts more in that life but would still be worse)

only problem with this is none of them stack so you need it to all be gun kills but its the same for specialist

I figured out this sweet tactic with hardline. You use uav, care package and attack helicopter which only requires 6 kills/points. You get that helicopter, your killstreaks reset and it will easily get 3 kills for another uav and package. The idea is that you get a ton of packages and at least a few will have reaper or juggernaut or ac130 etc. This is much more consistent than the regular attack helicopter/ac130/osprey gunner setup.
