The Ralliart turbo can't handle boost into the upper rpms. at best you can hope to pour money into your Ralliart and match an evo to about 45k rpm. After that youre out of luck. The Evo X does NOT have a Twin Turbo, it has a Twin Scroll Turbo, there is a difference, look it up, it does NOT take 3k to get Evo X power out if the Ralliart, it only takes a ECU reflash, the Stage 1 Reflash gives 50whp and 50wtq, that's enough to beat a stock Evo X in a straight line, handling wise, the 09+ Ralliart can't compete.
I have a 2010 Ralliart, bought stock! Some new tuning and a few extra add on mods now produces 191awkw or 257HP at the wheels. SMASHES any stock EvoX...and I haven't even added a bigger turbo!!

Better off buying an 08 lancer es and do an engine swap its lighter 2,900 pounds and by doing weight modifcation to 9 g base lancer you get 2,300 - 2,400 pounds and the evo is 3,500 pounds evo is a heavy rally car was never ment to be a drag car even if you did weight reduction on an evo you would see it at 3,000 pounds....
@pescadero The new ralliart is an amazing value for the money. I see Ralliarts that where purchased for around 23 to 25 grand with about 3 grand worth of work done to them dusting stock evo X's all the time. If you hate the new ralliart you must hate your evo since they are very close to the same exact car. The ralliart is just detuned with a smaller turbo and the evo 9 all wheel drive system.
@ApEx1HP RA doesn't have an aluminum chassis does it? Or a twin turbo? Or a launch control? Or the sport mode (although you can just shift manual to get that effect if your good)? It takes about 3 grand of parts to make the RA chassis good enough where it can compete with the a stock EVO IF you have another 3 grand worth of parts in the engine to make it have more power then the stock EVO. A stock EVO with a tune will still win tho. Which one is good depends on your end goal for the car.

an 06 Ralliart runs 162 stock...i know because i have one...the 09 and up ralliart that would be running 235 and its also all wheel drive.
