@MrSnailslayer no, that is a small one. probably a channel cat, they average 5-10 LBs, but anything over 20 LBs is considered a trophy for channels. blues get bigger though averaging 20-30 LBs, trophys over 60 LBs.

i go fishing at that exact same spot every 2-3 days in the summer i caught a huge carp 25lb and about 40somtin inches with a fishing pole it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!i got 10 bucks off of it =)
thats the size of the one i caught but ive also hooked one about 40lbs i ran out of fishing line and it took my line yhe back fin of it wouldof been 1-2feet tall.

ive caught many a fish there in my lifetime. my latest, sadly, was a 37 lb bighead carp.. definetly not what i wanted for big fish from that spot.
