I've had some female bosses who always felt like their authority was being challenged with everything, and tried to show off their power. On the other hand, I had some great female bosses. I think male or female depends on the individual. I don't like females who have an authority complex.
Women only get ahead because they give head. It's true. Just look around at all the males in a job and how they pander and coddle up to the females. They help these females get to the top because of their sexuality and not because of their skills or ability to lead. So then we end up with terrible female bosses in the end. Males fucking over other males is the problem. Because what the woman wants she gets. Now our whole world is feminized and hard for males to feel like males anymore.
You know what? if you take away affirmative action and simply interview people behind some type of screen with a mic that alters their voice so that employers cant pick based on gender and simply hire based on experience,education etc then im sure all the BS about male this female that will end (in the work place) just dont be surprised if more men get hired regardless if women have higher education (do to affirm action) because women CHOOSE felixibility, men work for money (2 give 2 women2)
Help us understand the theory or dynamic behind women "choosing flexibility"? Is there an agenda? And how many women want flexibility? numbers please. i hope you interviewed ALL the women.
Or is there a societal steretype that is so severe, that NO man wants to be a HOUSEHUSBAND/FATHER. and NOT work for income outside the home.
Majority of WOMEN I know who work, DO the majority full SECOND shift at home. Many staying up till all hours to get things done.

So if you'd like to see it, you can help yourself to the numbers, I am very sure you will have a blast telling me how much you disagree do to feminist ideology. Dr.Warren Farrell (former feminist activist) also conducted many studies finding the wage gap choice based not sexism based.

Get women with promotions in the workforce (the employers who hold women back because they are women) and then women could support the husbands.

There are times when that can absolutely be true. The brain science and structure is vastly different between the male and female brain. How we each use that grey matter is what really matters! @1WhoSeeks I have found this often true in the blue collar field . But I think its more about social norms and the pressures it puts on woman who were my bosses. At least the pressure those females perceived . Strange how we'd get along fine with a female co-worker ,the dynamic changed when she got boss 'power'. There certainly needs to be More woman bosses to model after and more scenarios showing men how the dynamic should work smoothly .

It all depends on HOW that man or woman were raised for the most part.
I have had great male and female bosses. The best bosses are COUPLE teams. Male, female team or husband wife teams. Balance.
Worked for bosses in the bank/accounting, both men or women were great and some women or men were lousy at LEADING.
Hard work ethic, good conduct pays off. When one matures, ones best boss is oneself.
Good or bad bosses will come and go, how we weather that storm is what counts!
