i suspect mlk was shown in his dreams gods plan for him,his own death, but the successes of his cause and campaign, and that civil rights would prevail. maybe he was shown his place in heaven, a mercy from god. i say this because when i hear ans see the conviction in this speech of the mountaintop, it feels really like he's been given some mighty, profound reassurance of some kind, and so hes content. god only knows for sure.
