I believe you bro!!! I am a member of C.O.D.E.C. and we have been tracking this "mek" (as you call it) for some time now. So far we have detected 3 units all within .5 miles of each other. 5. Using the Google Earth measuring tool gives you the distance along the surface of the Earth from point A to B, not the height. Even if this 'object' did stand 4 stories high, it would be too small for satellites to assign it's specific height, and so any elevation reading you're getting on Google Earth will be for the ground around this 'object', you idiot.

It's a well know fact that GE can take a long time to update sections of their satellite imagery. You only have to do a Google search to see that this is true.

So your comment shows that the US military has had such a device in an operational state since at least 2007 ... an interesting bit of info. So it makes you wonder what improvements they've made to it over the last 2 years.

To me it looks like 2 things: Master Chief or some bushes. I don't really think it is a big deal. If it was some sort of military equipment, then I bet that the militay would have blacked out the Google Earth portion of the map.

I have no idea why but I almost fell over when I first came across it on GE. But there's no doubt or denying that it exists but the real question is why does something like that exist and why was it constructed ? To me it looks like something the military would build but who would they use it against ? This thing is huge ... much bigger than any tank !

And if you look at the enlarged image on GE, you can make out part of what looks like identical circular dark areas on opposite sides of the main body that could possibly be weapons ... but 4 stories high ?? WTF ????
