  • Around 1:36, I bet the couple had been waiting to get in since the park first opened. Jk. xD

  • doesnt look much like a 20,000 dollar membership. =/

  • They must've changed the place around because Walt Disney and other Freemasons preformed satanic rituals in there. I doubt it looked like that back when they worshiped him and did witchcraft.

  • Ummm... right...

  • @crazyforsims2 thank God someone else is actually watching this video for the same reason i am! i woulda loved to see what kinda sick shit was behind that 33rd door... way before it was turned into just another tourist trap... u know back when it was just another one of Disneys many other secrets, u guys do know Walt Disney was a 33rd degree Mason right?? wonder what happened 2 the first guy to open the door... they prolly sacrificed the poor dude....

  • @crazyforsims2 sarcasm? lol

  • @crazyforsims2 walt disney didn't live to see the opening of club 33. walt disney died december 15 1966.

club 33 opened in may of 1967. jus sayin

  • Niiiice. How'd you get in? :D

  • I thought they didnt allow cameras in there

  • Base 21 is real, but it isn't all fancy like Club 33. It's got all futuristic technology stuff everywhere. The food there isn't even that good and fancy.

  • How did you get inside Club 33 are you a member? I want to suprise my husband when we go in November and the waiting list for membership is too long. Does anyone know how we could get in without a membership or know of anyone who could make reservations for us?

  • We went as guests - friends of my brother's invited us.

  • @pikkinikki1 BUT CLUB 33 IS ALSO KNOWN FOR SOMETHING ELSE...ITS HIDDENS SECRETS THEY MAKE IN MOVIES THEY HAVE BEEN PUTTING INAPPROPRIATE STUFF IN THE MOVIES THEY SHOW AT DISNEY...THEY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT 5 TIMES AND THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT...DISNEYLAND IS SO BAD...CLUB 33 HAVE BEEN CAUGHT 5 TIMES AND THEY STILL WON THE CASE...PEOPLE SUED THEM PUT THEY WON THE CASE...GO IN THERE AND MAKE VIDEOS AND CATCH THEM PUTTING INAPPROPRIATE STUFF TO THEIR DISNEY MOVIES U NEED PROOF FOR SURE

  • dah.. I passed that place (well, at least the entrance) when I went to disneyland and I didnt even know it!! .. :--(

  • I had my 6th birthday here. My mom took me in and I was like, whoa!

  • I went once when I was 14 as a date with this guy once all I remember it was so beautiful and i was so overwhemled all i ate was pie and salad even though everthing I wanted only would cost 27 dollars So i pais 27 4 pie and luttuce ( dang)

  • Um...OK....

  • Whoa. That place is a lot bigger than I could have guessed! That's a beautiful view from that window too.

  • Im a member...

  • bull

  • A CM told me that Club 33 is located on top of POTC or somewhere in that area I forgot...but that club memberships are as high 15000 dollars and you must donate a certain amount of money to the park a year.

There is also a waiting list.

Club 33 is also the only place that sells alcohol in the park!!!!

  • i used to be a CM and disneyland; hated it. but anyways club 33 is located right next to the blue bayou restaurant. if you are looking at the host/hostess of blue bayou, look to the right of them and there will be a blue door with the number 33 on it. Never been inside though.

  • Why did you 'hate' working there?

  • hours suck, pay sucks, annoying guests, asshole cast members....the list goes on. work there for yourself and you'll eventually hate it too. don't get me wrong, i like going to disneyland, but hate working there.

  • The restaurant itself is upstairs from the Blue Bayou and extends across the street over the other restaurant directly across from BB.

  • jdohe and muedoc562 u guys dont know what u are talking about .. so dont say anything

  • have you been to base 21 its like club 33 but at epcot.

  • There is no base 21, that is a silly spoof

  • yes, it is a false thing based on club 33

  • base 21 is real. It's at the end of the ride in spaceship earth and its for people who work for Siemens.

  • base 21 is real. It's at the end of the ride in spaceship earth and its for people who work for Siemens.

  • I think most of the tables are setup to accomodate 4 guests, so if you stand outside the door and spot a group of less than 4 about to go in, slip them $100 and ask if you can join their table. That might work at any restaurant.

  • does anyone know what the card looks like to enter the club?

  • I think it looks like a credit card, but most people enter with the buzzer and then give their name on the reservation. I doubt that membership holders themselves actually go to the club that often.

  • does anyone know why its called 33 club?

  • That's the number of the address. The club is located at 33 Royal Street in New Orleans Square. There are several "theories" for it being assigned the 33, but what is widely accepted is that it was simply the number assigned to that door.

  • I'm a member of the club and it's called club 33 because there were 33 individuals who first gave walt disney all the funding he needed to build disneyland

  • The generally accepted official reason is the address, but I have heard that on the blueprints, the club was put on plot 33. I wonder if they serve Heinz 57 sauce and Colt 45 malt liquor. Ladies might want to dab on some Chanel No. 5

  • ...What????

  • There are 2 dining rooms, each has a brass sign above the doorway saying "Maximum Seating 33" which is weird in itself - an odd number of seats?

  • HOLD UP! So you can go in if the doors open and ask nicely for a tour??? I wont get in trouble for just going in? And How is it I always wanted to go in!! Im an AP holder so i go about every weekend.

  • I wouldn't count on that, but if you really wanted to get in to take some pics, you could probably pre-arrange that to be a stop in a Disneyland VIP tour which costs $300 for 4 hours for a group as large as 10 people.

  • go inside club 33, ask the front desk person nicely if you can just take a small tour of club 33 and they usually will say ok

  • Really? I didn't know that was possible. The trick is getting inside - the door is nearly always closed.

  • you need a reservation and to have a membership

  • I don't doubt you. I got into two signature Disney restaurants in Orlando without a reservation even though a reservation is almost a must. I guess you work there. I don't see how one gets to the front desk unless they slip in with another party.

  • Very cool! Thanks for sharing. I would love to become a member someday as I have held an Annual Pass for 17 years! One question though...how were you able to film in there? I was told that no photography in any form was allowed...not so?

    Thanks!

  • I just walked around with my little still camera in video mode, and no one said anything. There were several people taking pictures/video, and the staff didn't seem to mind. I figured I'd give it a try, and if someone told me to stop, I'd stop. No one did :0)

  • my mom can get in because she gets the membership from her work. That place has the biggest shrip scampi ive ever had!!! <D

  • i heard that the waiting list for membership is something like 14 years long!!

  • Umm... how did you get in?! AND do you think it's worth the $5,000-$15,000 yearly membership dues?

  • Members have to make the reservation in advance, and give the names of all the people attending. When you get there, the Cast Members greet you by name, and the service is exceptional! The waiting list to become a member it's extremely long, since the club is very exclusive, They only give out a limited number of memberships per year (if any at all!), and the fees are considerably high. But dinner at the club is a memorable experience.

  • Boy, I couldn't agree more. We had a phenomenal time and the dinner was exceptional.

  • A member and a party of nine can have free parking and admission to Disneyland... but only if the member and party plans to dine at Club 33. If the party decides not to dine at the club, the member will be billed for the regular price of admission. If the member is not able to join the guests to the Club. The Club can arrange free admission for them...

  • We decided to add our name to the Club 33 waiting list in 1997. I had heard that the wait could be quite extensive—some had said as many as 10 years—so we decided to add our name to the list without financial consideration. Notification came via a package in the mail June of this year (good thing I included a return address in my letter). I was given a little less than a month to decide—and we took the whole month to come to this decision

  • Having no idea how to get on the waiting list, I did what any Disney fan would do—I went to city hall. They gave me Disneyland's address, and instructed me to send it "Attn: Club 33." I then simply sent a letter requesting to be added to the waiting list; there was no form to fill out.

  • This particular membership is for individuals and is available at Gold or Silver levels. $7,500 for a Gold membership fee and $2,500 annual dues. $4,500 for a Silver membership fee and $1,500 annual dues. These memberships are nontransferable.

Members will be billed monthly for all charges.

  • If you go in as a guest, do you have to pay for anything or do anything special?

  • You have to know a member to get in (or in my case, know someone who knows a member). We bought special admission tickets to the park, which included the dinner. Again, you have to go through the member to get these.

They prefer if men wear a collared shirt and women not be in a regular t-shirt, but other than that I don't recall anything special.

  • I can't believe they let you film in there

  • They didn't seem to care at all. I used my digital still set on movie mode, but there were other folks with palmcorders walking around and no one said anything.

I think they understand that for most people it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so they let it go.

  • Getting in there has always been something I thought would make an incredible story. Hopefully I'll be able to see the inside someday!

  • mmm i've always wanted to go.

  • i love club 33, luckily i have connections

  • Cool...care to share?

  • Cool footage! I got to eat there a few years ago, and this video brings back lots of memories.

  • Are you a member? My husband is a huge Disneyland Fanatic and shares his birthday with Disneyland. For his 33rd birthday, I would love to take him to Club 33. Any way you could help us out?

  • Unfortunately, I'm not a member. I got to go through a business partner of my father's. I'm sorry this doesn't really help you out, but I wish you the best of luck with taking your husband there for his birthday!

  • Like I said below, I went as a guest. In fact, I was a guest of a relative of a member, so I'm three steps removed. Sorry; can't help

  • how do you become a member

  • I'm not a member; I went as a guest. Google "Club 33" - there's a page out there that describes the membership process.

  • thank you!
