Here is a proper complaint that you should submit to the city of NY
Deputy Inspector Anthony V. Bologna of the NYPD Patrol Borough Manhattan South, maced a penned in group of young women at the Occupy Wall Street protests. Deputy Inspector Bologna should be fired and prosecuted for his abuse of power or disciplined accordingly.
Article 19 of the ICCPR states that "Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference" and "everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression.

Listen to headlightguy. He knows what he's talking about. One single act of violence or destruction of property is all it takes. You have to make it so if the gov tries to pin an act of domestic terrorism on the movement, the public won't blindly accept it.
