Its not supposed to be a yaoi, but Tsuzuki and Hisoka have a questionable relationship in my opinion ^_^ Theres definitely hints of shounen ai...and Muraki, a perverted doctor who constantly harasses Tsuzuki. Not to mention other unpleasant things he does...
The anime technically isn't yaoi, it's shounen ai, where are hints of relationships that could come or have passed, but no actual relationships. The manga has a few yaoi details, but not with the main characters, exactly. Muraki, the psycho doctor, harasses Tsuzuki and raped Hisoka in the past. Danm doctor. Hate him. But the explicit stuff isn't in there.

Its either the second or fourth manga (I get those tow mixed up a lot) And Tsuzuki comes into the hot spring area saying "I'm so hot" after which Tatsumi starts blabbering some stuff, "I'm not gay but Tsuzuki is so...." or something like that.
Fourth manga was the hot springs. But that's Tatsumi saying it about himself, not about Tsuzuki exactly (who was completely oblivious in that scene due to being drunk). But I've recently found out that all anime characters in ANY anime are supposed to be bi. So whatever works.

In the manga they specifically say Tsuzuki is gay. Well actually Tatsumi does.... I don't know I just remembered that.
