Only Taoism temple such as Longyuan temple or Nantien temple use electronic piano as instruments.Formal buddhist temple can't use it.I hope this series of Emperor Liang Repentance recording helps people know more about this great buddhist ceremony. Thanks for watching.
In Taiwan, many people are not specific Buddhist or Taoist. Many Taiwanese people call themselves as "Buddhist" but they go to Taoist temples and follow some of their ceremonies. For them, there's no difference between Buddism and Taoism.(Actually the differences are quite big.)
Therefore, Buddhist ceremonies might be hold in Taoist temples. That's because people do not know very well about the Buddhism and the Taoism.
Those people are not monks. The people look like a monk only because they cut their hair. There are many "chanting groups" in Taiwan. These groups may be invited to Taoist or seldom Buddhist temples to perform religious rituals. Therefore, they are not residents at the temple, either.
I never knew that a electronic piano could be used as a Dharma instrument. Nonetheless, this is awesome that someone posted a Emperor Liang Repentance recording. Good job :)

But the person there looks like a Buddhist monk. Would he be a resident at the Taoist temple or a visiting monk?
