i got my 1st voyager in feb. of 2008, and now im on #8 so the verizon people told me that they would give me an enV touch if this one breaks but im trying 2 keep it alive so i can get a blackberry tour when my contract is up in feb. lol :)

I've had my voyager for a long time with no problems. When i got the phone i asked the verizon people if there were any problems with the phone. They said whenever the most problems occur is when someone isnt careful with it, or trys to text really fast.. touch screens are suppose to be used carefully. if your going to try and work with your phone very fast you should try a smart phone.

the voyager beats most phones but there are glitches with it and i no ppl with that problem. if u havnt already, u shud take it 2 ur local verizon store. if you pay for monthly insurance, then u shud be able to get a new for 50 bucks or less. im on my 2nd voyager and my 6th phone cuz im bad with mine like playing catch and droppn em in my soda and shit. haha. bye!!

That blotch is the result of something pushing on the screen too hard. The liquid inside the LCD screen leaks out between the glass inside when it's cracked. You probably had something lean or push on it in your backpack and didn't know it. You have to take care of a phone like this. They're not meant to be treated rough or uncaringly. I've had mine for a year with no problems at all. It's a sensitive device. Take better care of it and it'll last.

Pressure crack caused by being it your pocket or in a purse. Thats the fault of you doing that. Phones arnt meant to be in pockets...If you have Insurance on your phone all you have to do is pay $50 and you'll get your replacement phone overnighted by you.....
