I vote Pacquiao if we are talking about p4p. Martinez is the bigger of the 2 fighters and probably hits harder overall. And of the 2 punches shown on this video Martinez`s was more devastating. However, that was also a lucky punch Martinez landed and it could have just as easily been him laying on the mat. But the reason I vote Pacquiao is because on the whole he consistently lands harder punches throughout the fight
