Vintage Sony stereo set playing some 80's tunes

i just bought this sony for 5 euros on a market

A big thanks. I now recall I had this system. Loved the way I could put the tonearm directly on the record, no cueing around. What needle type did it take. Great unit it came with. Any idea of the vintage ?

@Topicarmno I think it's from around 1983, since the amp already has a CD/AUX switch.

that's a great find. i bought that very cassette deck today for 6.99. i wasn't expecting too much considering it's lower end. but i was very surprised, even sony's lower end stuff was still very solidly built, back then. it sounds great and makes a great tape.
