Ive seen it in another video and someone explained it being something thats on the ground, like certain rocks/pebbles that obviously scrape on the ground. But im not completely sure so if someone else wants to post what it is then go on ahead ;)

you kiddin rite?? that's when you know a tire's worn; it's down to the steel bands inside the tire that hold it's rigidity. They throw sparks when you break traction. They aren't a good thing for cars.
