Shabnam is pronouncing it : TO TURO DIDAM, and the title above is obviously the Afghan Dari pronunciation.

also, in Tajikistan, the southern dialects of Kulob, Qurghonteppa and Khorog have a similar pronunciation to the northern Tajik dialects of Afghanistan (which is basically Dari). All languages share common roots and grammar, but split when you get into more technical terms. For example, Tajik has less Arabic words in its vocab and more Russian and Uzbek words because of history. Afghan and Iranian Persian do not have Uzbek and Russian influence like Tajik. this song may be originally from Afghanistan, therefore its Dari in origin but Shabnam is Tajik and she is singing it in the Kulobian Dialect of Tajik, this is not Dari...the dialect is very distinguishable, at least pronounciation

because I am studying Persian now, and there are three main dialects, Iranian Farsi, Afghan Dari, and Tajiki. My family speaks a dialect of Tajik so I am very familiar with Tajik. Dari is similar to Tajik in some ways but the pronunciation is similar to Iranian Farsi. And Dari has a big difference in pronouncing the "v" sound in Persian. they pronounce in "w" like an English w. This is borrowed from the original Arabic sound/pronunciation. As Tajiks would say VATAN, Afghans say 'WATAN'.
