  • i started 2 years ago, made some friends and lost some (not dead they just dont do it any more) but i love every day i have to forge my body into a parkour tool :)

  • This looks fun:D i started learning parkour 4month ago and its going well:)

  • @Arnoldas155 me too :)

  • im gonna to learn parkour now. .hehe

  • You know I was gonna pick up Parkour this weekend and try it out(simple stuff for begining) with my friends. I hope it'll be fun as heck

  • I started learning parkour yesterday, though ive been interested for several months now. all i have to say is that its going to take a FREAKING LONG TIME because im not in a place to train and im on my own in my neighborhood, but i still look foreward to the fun that willl come of this

  • @sonicshadowxxxxx i started y myseelf but then i told my friends about it and now we all do parkour try telling ur friends about it maybe they like it!!!

  • Can i learn parkour if i do the same thing like this?

  • oh shit,,my finger is sprained..ahh..parkour again..stpz..i cah wait for it to heal so i could start back!!

  • the black guy reminds me of the dude from never back down

  • Training to be assassins. i love parkour. Very well done video as well!

  • I started today, with the basics like landing and rolling, and evry muscle hurts, as my body gets used to it, it won't hurt that much right?

  • @TheDillbry Well, i have started recently also a few months or so ago and we practised on mats thena springy flour and both hurt but after a couple of days it stated to go away i would suggest doing it on something firm like a moderatly pated carpet or a thin mat so you get use it it faster i practiced on grass it felt like i ripped my back open each time but a few days after it was a normal pain i guess hope it help :)

  • not bad for first outdoor parkour :)

  • not bad for first outdoor parkour. :)

  • @HellDawgY2K I wouldnt say it is safe because you can A: fall from a large height and damage yourself.

B: do something wrong and damage yourself.

C: be arrested for trespassing on buildings and houses.

  • I'd say just let the training build your strength and once you get into it build strength yourself

  • So if I wanted to start parkour and I went to a club, would you advise that I build my body strength first or let the training do that? Thankssssss

  • @TheDemitirus Do some preliminary training first for strength. I can send you a PK fitness regimen that I am following right now. Comment on my Channel and I can send or describe the regimen.

  • i wish i could start this but my downtown is horrible for it...only 50+story skyscrapers positioned 4 lane streets apart

  • Parkour is only outdor you can't do a pure parkour in gym !

  • @sbi3o No but you can practice the techniques, and if parkour is from point a to point be in a quick efficient way, i can make point A one side of the Gym, and point B the other (:

  • i dont even have anywhere OUTSIDE to practice let alone INSIDE. i live in the middle of a damn cornfield!

  • I want to learn I need to be able to jump though i can balance on a basket ball with my eyes closed but cant jump for crap...

  • Comment removed

  • @Hikarekuno for height practice jumping off and on stairs, slowly increase as you feel for comfortable jump two stairs then three, then four .... do it against and with gravity and do squats and other leg exercises

  • everything is easy only u have to do is ....go whith the flow.....

  • this is the type of sport that it doesnt seem like theres that much to it other than just having the balls to try.

  • @DragonnSlayerr true but u needa get ur body in really good shape to do half the things they do

  • @DragonnSlayerr its not about that. its about trying to get from one place to another but yea you gota have some balls to do it to.

  • its much harder then it looks, i really need to overcome my fair sometimes.

  • hey it is true that ur feet can take you anywhere =]

  • ale sur parkour city 84

  • man i have never been able to train indoors

  • "This playground is for children under 8 years of age only" lol xD

  • "if you want to have a good liver....or to have a liver.... ":)

  • i understood level, not liver

  • you know...i'm teaching myself with vids, but what i actually wanted to say is that this vid is very good to learn some exercises :)

keep making vids like that guys ;)

    ***** NICE

  • in our little town there are hardly any places to do parkour but i try

i don 't have somebody to teach me but it would be cool

  • you guys are verry lucky to have someone to teach u

    not like me :-( !!

    kip training parkour <3<3<3<3<3

  • What would I give to have a teacher for practicing parkour ;P

    Great job guys, love Parkour!

  • 2.56 that would hurt :)

  • good but it hasn't colour

  • dont state the obvious -.-

  • its good to practice on your own then you find moves that works for you

  • this is actually a good sport. no stuff, only your muscle, the city and your spirit.

  • i started learing parkor 3 days ago... its well fun, but every musle in my body is soooo stiff and it hurts!! oh well...

  • make sure you stretch

  • youll get used to that..i do some parkour myself and it never gets old i love it..i jus wish they would have a parkour trainning like this nation wide

  • Dude :P I just started 3 days ago.. and i feel the same as you 1 month ago :)

  • how/where do you learn to do it?

  • i looked around the internet 2 C if there's anything where i live but there isnt, so i just practise on my own :l

  • start a club i had too

  • just follow you're heart:D watch these videos then try it you're self but DO NOT TRY ANYTHING BIG AT FIRST;) take care

  • thats a good thing

    ur getting stronger

    keep it up

  • nice 10/10 Genetrations baby in vietnam city parkour

  • @addicted2myipod how do you learn it

  • @addicted2myipod hey the more you do it then the pains will stop its just your not used to it

  • @addicted2myipod Really? Dam.... I can't wait! :D

  • @addicted2myipod

    hows the parkour going?

    still doing it?

  • lol this guy has the idea

  • very useful for getting away from the police

  • well, i know of policemen who do parkour in their free time... hehe...

  • Lmao way to remind me of those pursuit cops in Mirror's Edge xD

  • In my back yard we set up a ton on logs that I jump between like in Blane's video Lisses. Thats about all i have since I live in Canton illinois,,,theres NO place to parkour here

  • if there's a building you can probably do something :) just look arround and use your imagination

  • Parkour you cant instantly learn unless you live in a good crowded place of structures. like Russia usually. or France. or hawaii. Where i live there isnt much to train on.... not at all...... too much open spaces and a crappy SMALL park with shitty structured things. i dont like it. and theres too many houses in my area..

  • well train at you're home.Theres indoor conditioning videos

  • in my area to but i find some placeses

  • I can find places okay, but I can't get training. I want training to help me out. I need help learning vaults and climbing techniques.

  • Anybody know of training like this in Canada? (more specifically Ontario). I know about the Monkey Vault, but can't make it there, because T.O. isn't the nicest city ever.

  • Go to : pktoDOTca you will find all the info on the wesite.

  • i live 1 hr away from T.O and made it don't worry bout location it does seem ify down that street but its cool and once you get in there you fell safe cause they ae always welcoming and friendly... also where you live in case you live nar me?

  • I don't mean I have trouble finding it. Being in Kitchener, we have enough gangs here. Way too many in TO... noone trusts it.

  • just 2 million ppl

  • whats so bad about leafwind saying the guys name? is his name not actually Francois Mahop?... aka forrest?

  • that black guy, i don't know his name, but his is the coolest person in the world, one of my heroes but i don't know his name

Love the addition of training with bags on

  • you aren't going to find any in the us probably, but yes there are

  • Umm they talk about training indoors - how and where do you do that? u mean theres special parkour gyms or sumthing? cuz i never saw a gym or any other indoors place where you could do parkour, exept on the staircases:P any1 know?

  • gymnastics equipment... ;)

  • I think you can do some raining in every normal gym. Usuala there is enough stuff to build you some obstacles...

  • in like gymnastic gyms theres balance beams and mats that u can do vaults and precision jumps. or if ur freerunning flips and that. they arent special gyms, u just use the the items there in a different way

  • Gyms with mats, boxes, and stuff like that.

  • yer there are heaps of gyms built 4 parkour

  • there are gyms you can go to actually, one example is if you go to google and look up:

    The Monkey Vault

This is Toronto's parkour training center! Not sure where you live, but I'm sure you can find one in your area! just gotta look hard enough! O.O

  • its "the kong vault" not "monkey vault"

  • for your information, it's actual name is 'saut du chat' or cat pass. So yeah just thought i'd prove you wrong have a nice day

  • what are you talking about?

  • ok whales ill tell you something, the only difference between cat pass and kong vault is the name -.- other people decided to call it "kong vault" because its friggin not near to looking like anything that a cat does

  • No, there is a difference between a kong and cat pass, kong is diving into the object usually to pass over something before you hit the object and a cat pass is placing the hands on the object first then passing over it

  • its an extremely insignificant difference, just get over it, im not gonna argue about "names" -.-

  • Yeahh,, go onto their website, just look up parkour generations, they do indoor gym classes where you learn the basics, they have them all over london, i went to the one in westminster, its £5 a lesson...if your in the UK

  • watch?gl=ES&hl=es&v=0bq14b57JjQ

  • Cant afford a gym, Parks and Old Parts of citys are good training grounds, you might get some lol's from people but hey ur training ^^

  • yeah center city is the best and you never no you can find people out there doing it too.

    #hint#hint#

  • me too

  • i dont consider someone shooting at me lucky... : / also, if my crush kisses me secretly, how will i know? :S

  • I would love to practise with them.

  • lol me too

  • @MrYamakasi agree :((((

  • Comment removed

  • anyone do parkour near media, pa?

  • srsly? Where is there anything good in media? Maybe try philly. Center city has a ton of good spots.

  • theres some good spots if you know where they are but im 13 and my parents dont let me go to philly alone

  • philly is dangerous

  • i totally wish there were some people interested in parkour around where i live.

    totally.

  • Inorite I have to train on my own using friggen trees. I have a sprained ankle right now so I can't do nothing but I hope I find a parkour class/crew in miami which is SO friggen hard!!

  • ITs maybe a stupid question, but can i go to parkour like i go to football? Maybe its stupid question, but im new xD Please answer me

  • depends on where you live XD

i live in a medium large city in northern sweden, and we have some really nice guys, that act as teachers...

and i go regularly to the trainings, 2 times a week

so i suppose you could find something similar where you live. :) Good luck!

  • we need some parkour in Oregon it would be just amazing

  • yeah same here. very lonely

  • i m training alone...

    i wish i had a teacher :(

  • yeah me too. i really want to find some classes in kent but i dont know where any are. i may have to do some research. (sorry about the 2 comments)

  • ^^this is fun

  • that is the best

  • Great!

  • if u want to learn a bit on parkour look at my page and tell me what u want to learn ill try and help :]

  • i would like to learn the hole parkour thing and beable to start a parkour class here in Texas. because we don't have any kind of parkour stuff here in the states or atleast not much of it at least.

  • that would be great if you started that!

    any suggestions?

  • i have no clue where to start. i don't know how to do parkour nore any one who is intrested (or has time to do such things.) and here in Arlington Texas man ain't nobody herd of free runnin or parkour. sorry not a clue i wish i could even get a sugestion but nope i'm out sorry.

  • I live in Arlington, and me and the mates go out to Dallas to Free run, if you live close, I could hook you up man.

  • man i live right behind lamar highschool.

  • Have these students never done parkour outside before this session?

  • they have learn on mirrors edge.^^

  • Just because you tried (and failed) and i learnt how to by looking at mirrors edge, doesn't mean they did.

  • Very inspirational stuff, great!

  • ooo this guys is incredibles

  • Damn at 3:28 that stuff is hell for your legs. It gives amazingly strong legs though...

  • I just started actual parkour today for the first time. I have been training for a while and its really hard but its fun. i will jump off this small log i have into the cat postion on the ledge. Then i will just vault over my fence. Does anybody know a good way to do Kong Vaults or Monkey vaults? if you do mail me

  • Wel a gd way 2 do a kong is. Run and jump like u r tryin 2 jump the bar but use ur arms 2 push u tht little bit further but make sure tht ur legs go threw the middle of ur arms and not 2 the side like a normal vault

  • jump with as much distance as you can, and put your hands out until they touch the object, then let your momentum carry you forward whilst pushing up with your hands, arms and shoulders.

  • don't actually put your legs through your arms. let your arms go right before your legs would pass through them.

  • r track pants good for parkour ???

  • yeah, it's good

  • i wear track pants, just anything that doesnt get to hot and doesnt restrict your movement(how far you can move your legs till the pants cannot stretch no longer

  • when thay are on the woodon thing doin a shit:)... that herts so much! we have to do that for 2 mins in ouer lesson!

  • awesome...

    i hope i can become one ...

  • you know that you can use your house

but still you have a good point
