im trying to install the new rom and im not noob i know what im doing but when i sync. than i start up the updater and than my sync close and than i restart my phone and the updater says this:

timeout--

No PDA Device Found ... close device

timeout--

No PDA Device Found ... close device

timeout--

No PDA Device Found ... close device

timeout-- etc. etc.

PDA Device not found.

i searched minimal for 6 hours and found alot of other errors but not this one so can sombody please help me?

after it is installed can you flip back to windows mobile and then to m2d.

BTW will this work on omnia from verizon

I don.t have verizon but if you go to Modaco you gonna find tons of info about your Q they cover any carier there. I don't think is a good idea to flash before you get as much info you can and after that flash-it,in my opinion. Sorry I can't help more but go there and do a research.

How did you get the program list like that?

Did you have M2D program installed? If yes you go to last tab like I did in the video

and on te bottom left you have all programs tap on that and you see the list like mine.

Go to the second link I posted in more info(right side of the Video) and download which one you like and replace the Ani Poweron on your phone. (iside the winows folder)

Make sure you make a copy of your original one just in case you want to put-it back.

Go to Start/Setings/Themes and chnge the color as you wish.

If is something wrong is going on with your phone and you need to serviced you can restore as was from the provider any time.

Look for a OEM ROM and keep-it in you computer just in case.

rom looks great. one question, if you can answer me. my battery on omnia drains like mad. my rom is pda DXHH1, phone DXHH1. which rom is your recommendation?

To be honest the battery life sucks on all ROM's

but on this one I got now is much better than the others I try. I flash my phone 6 times till now and this one M2D seems to be much better than the others,is fast and most of the crap is out. You can give a try and see if you like-it if not you can go back on what you have now.
