you dont really know what went on in his personal life... so dont get so offended by someones opinion. plus, you also dont know what may have been going through his head when it happened, if it had been a suicide. alcohol makes you think many things you normally wouldnt, or it amplifies any depression you may have. so you dont know the circumstances.
I don't believe it was suicide. From where he was drunk, and being a guitarist... There was a lot of speculation he was attempting a trick to relieve the back pain he got being a guitarist that just so happened to involve a towel and a door handle.
Since he was drunk, it's extremely possible that he had fallen asleep, gotten caught, and strangled while trying to do that.
@deadlykitten27 I think people need to stop assuming things. Telling people they aren't real fans because they have a different opinion than you is disrespectful not only to them but to hide. We'll never know what really happened and throwing theories around as if they were facts isn't getting us anywhere. It's not like it changes anything, he's gone and we should just concentrate on the good he brought to us.

No offense to anyone. I'm a fan of both X Japan and hide, but I think it's more likely that he actually committed suicide than that he got murdered or accidentally killed himself.
Man I love this song <3 It's so uplifting, and I always have a big smile on my face when I listen to it. hide's voice was so clear and refreshing that I just can't stop listening to him~ Not to mention that the guitar work is brilliantly done :D He looked so damn cute in this PV, too! His smile is one of the best I've ever seen; it's the kind that just lights up his whole face. It's hard to believe sometimes that he could look so cute and innocent, then write a dirty song like Beauty & Stupid XD
ok.(excuse my english now) he was drunk when he went home to his girlfriend at 06.00 something a morning and always when he was drunk he liked to scare people around him, so he went to the bathroom and his girlfriend was scared cause she didn't find him somewhere in their home, so she went to the bathroom and found him hanging from a towel on the doorknob. he died later in the ambulance. everything just because he wanted to scare her, guitarists also use to hang them to stretch their backmuscles
