i have type one :( but im living my life and i hate it when people say that its a minor disease or its managable because, EVERYDAY is a struggle...having a balanced reading would be my dream for one day...the days i try they never get there but the days i dont sometimes im lucky..but i can still do everything i want, diabetes is always still my priority though, ive had it 8 years and im 14. Ive been on the pump awhile it changed my life! (: Good Luck dahl. x Your in my prayers Emma Grace.
i think this video is so touching it makes you just wana run outside and find the cure in the pic. At 3:25 is the lille girl her i tohught she was a baby
I wanted to say wow....great video and content. I am a type I, so is my mom and we watch for signs in our girls becuase I know the real possibility. Give her a hug from a diabetic momma who also has a minimed pump.
i'm Jenny and I'm a teenager with type 1 diabetes from California. This fall my dad and I are riding 70 miles through Death Valley for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (this is our 2nd ride, we rose 58 through Death Valley in May 2006). I have a video on my youtube site about my ride, as well as my website link. I want to raise $15,000 and need your help!! Even $1 helps!! Thanks!
Hi Jenny. That is great what you and your Dad are doing. I'm sorry I can't contribute to your ride, but we are raising funds for Diabetes research too.
