R0botix is right. be careful not to loop it when going through the 90 degree corners. Sometimes it's better to crash-turn instead of wallride. IIRC, I used the stock transmission for this one. I'll see if I can dig up the settings.
@Qute227 Give your Zonda an oil change before racing with it, go to the tune shop and completely max out your car and get Racing Slick tires. Then race and never pit.

well if you wanna get the concept easily just go to pro and finish gt all stars but save your game b4 the last race then begin the last race and quit...you will get R390 gt1 lm race car,GT1 RACE CAR,SUBARU LEGACY SOMTHİN OR...DODGE VIPER GTS-R CONCEPT...if you dont get concept just quit and go to load game and try to win the gtsr and if you wanna get the F094/s without a %100 game percentage just race in formula gt with the save trick...good luck...

Ok first of all OMFG! How did you get 100%???? I have been playing for years and only have 78%. Also why did you drive the F687/S for most of the game? The F090/S has much better handling. That doesnt make sense to me...
That's why I put Perfect in quotes. Also, in order to get the Lambo one would need a gamesave editing device/software, and since I'm only using my thumbs and a DualShock2 controller, it is not part of this gamesave.

INFO ABOUT BONUS CARS!!! They are NOT randomly chosen. Just click the selection button on whatever console sontroller you are using when the black circle is under the car you want and you shall get it, but time your button press. You choose your prize!
To get the S license, you'll just have to earn it at the License Center. You don't have to get all golds, but you'll have to get at least bronze times for them. The F1 cars are awarded after winning various races, mostly the Endurance races. The problem is that the prize cars for these events are randomly selected from 4 possible prizes. One of them (the F094/S) is awarded for completing the game, but for all others you'll have to just take your chances. Check gtplanet(dot)net for more details.
Indeed, all thumbs. My only experience drifting (intentionally) has been with NeedForSpeed, as I use traditional style racing lines in the GT series. I'm not a big fan of drifting to where I want to become skilled at it, but I admire those who do it well.
As far as my GT3/4 driving skills, I'll let my replays speak for themselves. You'll find many more hosted on Google (you can check my website for details), since many of them are longer than 10 minutes long.
In my opinion, drifting through a course is so much more complex than just racing on the fastest line for the fastest time. There are so many more variables involved when drifting compared to racing.
Nevertheless, I give you props for taking the time and putting in the effort in making a "perfect" game save. However, I think that drifting is simply, a lot more fun.
if you could get a gameshark it would be much easier. I used one and got all gold on my licenses. Sure you don't get the prize cars, but there are other cheats on the dvd that will counteract to that.
he didnt use gameshark, he spent his money to buy car that he needs, not car that he wants. everyone could do it but it takes a lot of time plus with gameshark you can finish the game in only 1 day (1 day from the game)
This gamesave took me from August '02 to November '02 to go from 0% to 100%... It was my 3rd gamesave, and is one of 2 at 100%. I overwrote a gamesave that had more than 350 Sim Mode days to make room for this one.

Really, it was more a matter of determination to finish this game in this manner. Since they have rotating prize cars, I would have to reset the PS2 and re-run the race if I got the wrong car. :(
But, when it was all done, it was VERY rewarding!

lol you can save the game after every series race. for example, in a 5 race series, win 4, save, race or stop the race,( you should win ), and then get ur car. if its not the car u want, u can load back before the last race :)
Yes and no.. I would press the Reset Button on my PS2 (not turning it completely off), which would load the game with the starting point of the 2nd-to-last race, and I'd re-race the final one to try again...
I might be crazy, but I'm not crazy enough to try to re-race the entire event. :)

Your stats are very similar to mine. If I lost a race I wouldn't save the game, just to get a perfect win ratio and I strived for all golds. I even started a new game on another M/C to obtain both Vauxhall and Opel versions of the same cars then traded them to my main save. 100% complete, prize cr. $12,487,500. 100% win ratio (393 races), 185 cars, all golds, 468 trophies, Day 1071
u should do sunday cup over and over and over again :) it doesnt give much but it'll be quick money after a while... with fast cars. >.> it'll be easy
All license tests were done over multiple days, after multiple attempts. I would not save a game unless I achieved gold. Several replays of my GT3 and GT4 license tests, as well as some of the GT3 Time Trials have been posted. If, after viewing them, you still find it hard to believe that I could do this with my own two thumbs, then I can't imagine what you would consider "proof". Have A Great Drive!
The Light Blue Spoon S2000 Race Car can be purchased, and it is also a Prize Car from the Amateur/Stars & Stripes Championship & Endurance/Grand Valley 300 (1 of 4).
THe Dark Blue Spoon S2000 is a Prize Carfor the Amateur/Type-R Meeting (1 of 4, where a Mugen S2000 is also 1 of the 4). Hope this helps. Have A Great Drive!
There is a message board thread at gtplanet(dot)net that chronicles the achievements of this gamesave. If one takes the time to read the hundreds of posts, they'll get a much more accurate perspective of how vehemently I abhor the use of The Gameshark and other such devices. Only recently have I acquired the ability to post videos that can "confirm" those achievements (without the use of cheat devices), and so I have. One will find that the #s (particularly the mileage) match up.
The good thing is that GT4's physics engine is VERY similar, if not the same, as the one for GT3.
The "Sim Mode" for GT4 ("Gran Turismo Mode") is also similar, with a few tweaks. The bad thing with GT4 is the Auto-Save feature, and you can only set it to "Restricted" (it will still auto-save when you do certain things). This is a very cumbersome "feature", and lends itself to corrupting Memory Cards...
actually, the feel for the cars in GT4 is very bad compared to GT3's, well thats just me. iv been playing GT3 for like 8 years and im pretty sure I know how each car handles. but when i play GT4, its ridiculous. they changed something, and i cant play at all. the amount of oversteer is incredible. it could be the physics or the stupid camera angle they introduced. the cars fight back, its jsut weird. i know its "real-life", but i prefer GT3's style

Utterly awesome! It took me about 4 months to get 100% on this game when I was 16 - I desperately wanted to finish it before I had to start revising for my GCSEs! :-(
You should have heard the shout I let out when I beat the Time Trial record on the Complex String track - it was the last thing I had to do to get 100%. I can still remember that joyous evening now, it has to be one of my proudest achievements in my 15+ years of playing video games! :-)

The mystery race is revealed as Formula GT when you get your S license. There's no rule that forces it to be your last race, it all depends on what you decide(d) to do.
I ran Formula GT with the F687/S on day 50. The last race for this gamesave was the Beginner/Sunday Cup: 3 Laps @ Super Speedway. I wanted to make sure I ended up with Senna's Williams '94, so saving the easiest for last was the best way to go.
How did you get Senna's 94 Williams? And is the F***/S cars the polyphony cars? Do you use the US version cos i got european version and it says polyphony 001 or 002 for the f1 cars.
It's the F094/S with the Williams-Renault paint scheme (Dark Blue with White). The Turquoise one is Schumacher's Benetton-Ford (I don't have that one on this gamesave). There are several real-life paint schemes that are used by this game. I don't know if they have Ratzenberger's Simtek-Ford or not (he died the day before Senna @ Imola)...
I saw the F094/S in another vid and the paint is wrong. The white is on the top and the blue on the bottom in the real life version but in gt3 it the other way round. I have lots of different f1's but it dosent say which ones they are. It only says polyphony001 or 002
Good job on the 100% complete in 229, but the 100% win ratio doesn't mean too much, for me anyway.
What I try to do is win all the cars, or at least win cars I need or want. This leaves me at an approximate 90% ratio for skipping the last race in series to T&E until I get the right one.
What I wanted to show was my willingness to avoid T&E-ing my way through the game.
I ran the Seattle 100 7 times to get the F687/S; Super Speedway 150 *10* times to get the Clio Sport Race Car; Mistral 6 times to get the F090/S; Roadster Endurance 7 times; etc...
If I didn't get the right prize car after a series win or endurance race, I'd restart the machine, and re-race until I got what I wanted. No corner cutting.
i have done the super speedway endurance 6 times and i have always got the clio race car lol. i really want the formula 1 cars. great garage by the way.
I ran all 3 difficulty levels for the Arcade Mode, a total of 112 races that don't count toward your Sim Mode stats. This is where most of the additional trophies came from (yes, odd that they count them here), but there are trophies awarded for each "Championship Series" win, as well.
Crikey! I've had this game 4 years and still haven't reached 100%!! I'm at 87% with a 80% win rate. Although I haven't played it for about 2 years. Good job, you are a racing God.
I never really cheked it out, but I really thought that each race was equal one day? so I cant understand how u managed to do it in 229 days with 337 races?
In Sim Mode, Championship Series are run in 1 day. Some of these championships are 5 races, most are 10, and I think there is one with 7... all use up 1 day each on the Sim Mode Calendar.

As a side note, the 34 (x3) Arcade Mode races were done individually for each level of difficulty (easy, medium, hard). One can choose to race in only the Hard level races, and receive the same % Completion credit as if they were done individually. While my Trophy Count is 68 more than the "minimum", the arcade mode races don't affect the Sim mode calendar.
well if you can win on hard then there is no good reason to win it easy and medium imo .. and btw, is there a difference in sim-mode and normal a-spec? because a far as I can recall, the f090 indy car (I think that is the name) is called polyphony001 in my gamr? i live in europe if that can clear something?
Unfortunately for me, I was unaware of this when playing this gamesave :( . If I were to do this again, I would just run the Hard races.
There are a couple of differences between PAL and NTSC versions. "Simulation Mode"/"A-spec Mode", and many of the car names, are a few of them. I think the paint scheme and default setups are the same for all car models and versions. Hope this helps.
I know this thread is a little old, but in the European version if you hold L1+R1 over the Hard difficulty for Arcade, you get Professional difficulty. This introduces tire wear & 10 lap races for tracks & 5 laps for off-roads.

Really, it was more a matter of determination to finish this game in this manner. Since they have rotating prize cars, I would have to reset the PS2 and re-run the race if I got the wrong car. :(
But, when it was all done, it was VERY rewarding!

lol you can save the game after every series race. for example, in a 5 race series, win 4, save, race or stop the race,( you should win ), and then get ur car. if its not the car u want, u can load back before the last race :)

Yes and no.. I would press the Reset Button on my PS2 (not turning it completely off), which would load the game with the starting point of the 2nd-to-last race, and I'd re-race the final one to try again...
I might be crazy, but I'm not crazy enough to try to re-race the entire event. :)

I'm trying to do everything on GT3 but my win rate is 'only' 90%
At least there are only 150 cars or so unlike GT4 which I am trying to get everything.

Your stats are very similar to mine. If I lost a race I wouldn't save the game, just to get a perfect win ratio and I strived for all golds. I even started a new game on another M/C to obtain both Vauxhall and Opel versions of the same cars then traded them to my main save. 100% complete, prize cr. $12,487,500. 100% win ratio (393 races), 185 cars, all golds, 468 trophies, Day 1071

All license tests were done over multiple days, after multiple attempts. I would not save a game unless I achieved gold. Several replays of my GT3 and GT4 license tests, as well as some of the GT3 Time Trials have been posted. If, after viewing them, you still find it hard to believe that I could do this with my own two thumbs, then I can't imagine what you would consider "proof". Have A Great Drive!

The Light Blue Spoon S2000 Race Car can be purchased, and it is also a Prize Car from the Amateur/Stars & Stripes Championship & Endurance/Grand Valley 300 (1 of 4).
THe Dark Blue Spoon S2000 is a Prize Carfor the Amateur/Type-R Meeting (1 of 4, where a Mugen S2000 is also 1 of the 4). Hope this helps. Have A Great Drive!

There is a message board thread at gtplanet(dot)net that chronicles the achievements of this gamesave. If one takes the time to read the hundreds of posts, they'll get a much more accurate perspective of how vehemently I abhor the use of The Gameshark and other such devices. Only recently have I acquired the ability to post videos that can "confirm" those achievements (without the use of cheat devices), and so I have. One will find that the #s (particularly the mileage) match up.

The good thing is that GT4's physics engine is VERY similar, if not the same, as the one for GT3.
The "Sim Mode" for GT4 ("Gran Turismo Mode") is also similar, with a few tweaks. The bad thing with GT4 is the Auto-Save feature, and you can only set it to "Restricted" (it will still auto-save when you do certain things). This is a very cumbersome "feature", and lends itself to corrupting Memory Cards...

actually, the feel for the cars in GT4 is very bad compared to GT3's, well thats just me. iv been playing GT3 for like 8 years and im pretty sure I know how each car handles. but when i play GT4, its ridiculous. they changed something, and i cant play at all. the amount of oversteer is incredible. it could be the physics or the stupid camera angle they introduced. the cars fight back, its jsut weird. i know its "real-life", but i prefer GT3's style

Utterly awesome! It took me about 4 months to get 100% on this game when I was 16 - I desperately wanted to finish it before I had to start revising for my GCSEs! :-(
You should have heard the shout I let out when I beat the Time Trial record on the Complex String track - it was the last thing I had to do to get 100%. I can still remember that joyous evening now, it has to be one of my proudest achievements in my 15+ years of playing video games! :-)

i gots a perfect record on mine too. no codes at all. i looked at your videos, tried the time attack too and i beat the times. i was wondering if you can pull a 1:18.7 on trial mountain with the Shigeno Trueno. thats my unstopable and untouchable record. lap is all clean, no walls no short cuts. try it, and lets see your results.

Make sure you also win all of the arcade mode races in hard difficulty, as well as get the top times for the Arcade Mode/Time Trials

i had a game saved on my memory card and when i went on it it was all gone i whent mental i had 24 mill idk were it came from lol and like 15 sick cars like the f1 and the toyota gt1 and so on i think i was on like 96% :(

The mystery race is revealed as Formula GT when you get your S license. There's no rule that forces it to be your last race, it all depends on what you decide(d) to do.
I ran Formula GT with the F687/S on day 50. The last race for this gamesave was the Beginner/Sunday Cup: 3 Laps @ Super Speedway. I wanted to make sure I ended up with Senna's Williams '94, so saving the easiest for last was the best way to go.

It's the F094/S with the Williams-Renault paint scheme (Dark Blue with White). The Turquoise one is Schumacher's Benetton-Ford (I don't have that one on this gamesave). There are several real-life paint schemes that are used by this game. I don't know if they have Ratzenberger's Simtek-Ford or not (he died the day before Senna @ Imola)...

I saw the F094/S in another vid and the paint is wrong. The white is on the top and the blue on the bottom in the real life version but in gt3 it the other way round. I have lots of different f1's but it dosent say which ones they are. It only says polyphony001 or 002

Good job on the 100% complete in 229, but the 100% win ratio doesn't mean too much, for me anyway.
What I try to do is win all the cars, or at least win cars I need or want. This leaves me at an approximate 90% ratio for skipping the last race in series to T&E until I get the right one.

What I wanted to show was my willingness to avoid T&E-ing my way through the game.
I ran the Seattle 100 7 times to get the F687/S; Super Speedway 150 *10* times to get the Clio Sport Race Car; Mistral 6 times to get the F090/S; Roadster Endurance 7 times; etc...
If I didn't get the right prize car after a series win or endurance race, I'd restart the machine, and re-race until I got what I wanted. No corner cutting.

I ran all 3 difficulty levels for the Arcade Mode, a total of 112 races that don't count toward your Sim Mode stats. This is where most of the additional trophies came from (yes, odd that they count them here), but there are trophies awarded for each "Championship Series" win, as well.

In Sim Mode, Championship Series are run in 1 day. Some of these championships are 5 races, most are 10, and I think there is one with 7... all use up 1 day each on the Sim Mode Calendar.

As a side note, the 34 (x3) Arcade Mode races were done individually for each level of difficulty (easy, medium, hard). One can choose to race in only the Hard level races, and receive the same % Completion credit as if they were done individually. While my Trophy Count is 68 more than the "minimum", the arcade mode races don't affect the Sim mode calendar.

well if you can win on hard then there is no good reason to win it easy and medium imo .. and btw, is there a difference in sim-mode and normal a-spec? because a far as I can recall, the f090 indy car (I think that is the name) is called polyphony001 in my gamr? i live in europe if that can clear something?

Unfortunately for me, I was unaware of this when playing this gamesave :( . If I were to do this again, I would just run the Hard races.
There are a couple of differences between PAL and NTSC versions. "Simulation Mode"/"A-spec Mode", and many of the car names, are a few of them. I think the paint scheme and default setups are the same for all car models and versions. Hope this helps.

I know this thread is a little old, but in the European version if you hold L1+R1 over the Hard difficulty for Arcade, you get Professional difficulty. This introduces tire wear & 10 lap races for tracks & 5 laps for off-roads.
