it was the tank. way to small. so sad. just google african dwarf frogs. they need at least 2 gallons per frog and eat a lot more then what was suggested to feed them. they should be fed every day. they all ate each other bc they were starving. i fell into this trap too - but thankfully i found out a yr later (both frogs still alive but so unhappy) and have since pimped out their tank...6 gallons of awesome. im so sorry your guys died. i now know to research before buying pets!
they may have been sick from the pet store...this is really common..they one that wasnt moving might have been the problem...if your going to try again ..because they are awsome...frozen blood worms and frog and tadpole bites..just use a little tank water to thaw them...the freeze dried is not good...they need a place to hide..no eyelids.....other than that there are lots of good care pages on the net read a few and go from there...sorry you lost them all....
We used to feed freeze dried blood worms, but they all died. All at the same time. Boo. So it's possible it was the food's fault. Actually we don't really know that.
We kind of think it was because it was too small a tank and inadequate filtration. We'll try again some other time.

Oh by the way it was the frogs that died, not the blood worms. Just to clarify.
