That is an absolutely ridiculous statement. There have been infinitely inferior "comedy" offerings from Rte, and this is not a terrible programme. Obviously, being a first series, some sketches are hit and miss, but overall the show - and I watch a lot of comedy - is not that bad. What aspects of the writing did you dislike in particular? Because I thought some of it was excellent for young, first-time writers. You are being far too excessive in your criticism.

I'm watching this now on RTE and it is literally the worst programme I have ever seen. What is most lamentable is the fact that this can be seen on youtube now, by people all over the world, and they believe that in terms of comedy, THIS, THIS, is what we have to offer the world. It is utterly, utterly deplorable. The people who made this steaming pile of horse manure must be thoroughly ashamed of themselves, but not only they, the fact that this was allowed on TV by our broadcaster is sickening
