He is advising the husband to thank Allah for such a wife that she want to keep her Chastity , sheikh says that in his point of view that the women face are a spot of beauty & Sedition .
And the Rooting for this case (alniqab)
Such as Imam Malik & shafiey & abu Hanifa the allow the Revealed of face and hands for women but not to do so in the era of Sedition ( ALFITAN ) and he said dont you think its a time of fitna ?!!
So now for the husband if he says that he adopt another point of view for other trusted Scientists so sheikh Hassan dont argue with this point of view at all but its preferred to stick to niqab specially in such a time of fitna
SO he recommends the wife to obey her husband in this case to prevent worst Consequences and the sins of such a thing will be on the husband but if you can insist with lack of losses so keep in putting niqab

الجواب يطول و لكن مبدئيا الفتن نوعان فتن الشبهات و فتن الشهوات , فتن الشهوات مثل فتن المال و النساء و ما شابه ذلك من تعلق الانسان بامور الدنيا اما فتن الشبهات و هي الاخطر فهي اثارة شبهات حول مسائل عقدية او شخوص العلماء او الصحابة و ما الى ذلك. و الله تعالى اعلى و اعلم
