If you added a piece of pipe to the bottom and increase the amount of air from the upper hoses would this increase the lift?

@sizemorej It is possible but not probable. It has problems with large amounts of air and the only way to remedy that is to design the pump like the original geyser pump. The original geyser pump has two chambers, if you can imagine suspending a cup on the bottom of the lift pipe. What happens then is like a siphon action, all the air is sucked out of the pump and water rushes in to take is place, the air obviously rushes so fast that a large slug of water is pumped up.

Maybe use food coloring so we can see just how much water is moves in 1 shot???

By using the coloring we can see how the water moves/flow rate.

Nice video- BUT Can you add the following to make it easier for others:

1. where did you buy the items from?

2. price for each item

3. part # or skew # for each item.

4. use a tape measure or two in a L form so we can see the dimensions.

5. maybe add this info in a spreadsheet or table at the end of the video as I have seen others do also.

Also- tag it as a water pump. Most people will NOT know or search for Geyser, they will look for water pump.

This is GREAT, we need more vids like yours.
