So nice to see old friends reunite. I loved Jay Black's version of "Cara Mia" when he sang it over the radio airwaves back in the 1960s. A heavenly voice! I have, since those years, grown to love Kenny Vance & The Planotones!!! Kenny Vance has such a superb, high falsetto voice when he sings. I own many of that group's music!!!!!!

These guys were the opening act (Jay & The Americans) for the then new Beatles and Rolling Stones! I feel our (US) guys were cheated!!! I'll always love them!

The original Jay (Jay Traynor) is not an original member of the Tokens, but he does sing with the Tokens group fronted by the Tokens original lead singer, Jay Siegel (the Tokens also split into two groups, but for reasons of geography, not animosity).

I was a booking agent and met Jay while he was performing in Florida. What a great guy and very humble I might add.So enough of your SMUG comments.
