i watched the wyedean rally earlier and was lucky enough to have seen this man and his animal of a car.................the scariest driver i've seen today by far..................and no he doesnt crash very often at all............he won his first wyedean rally in that same car in 2000 and its still the same car..................that should tell anyone with half a brain he dont smash often
@ronny23lxz Pastrana? HA HA HA HA. Half of the British club scene will be able to pedal a car better than that extreme sports tart. A big bank balance will get you a long way in rallying

Burton didn't enter that corner too fast, he may have fucked up his line but most modern rally cars can easily take that sort of corner at much faster speeds. The way the accident played out just screams mechanical problem because it's not even that fast, as accidents go it's fairly gentle.

I don't really know much about Burton, but what I have seen is impressive. I love his car (like everyone), and it's obviously fast as hell, but I think it would be shit without a good driver. A good driver can make a slow car fast(er), but a give a bad driver a fast car he's just more likely to hurt himself.206!
@ronny23lxz no he dident no where near i whould say to slow in fact. he made a little error missed a gear or somthing or it jumped out dont 4get its 4wd so you need the power on around the bend

The transmission is a Hewland six speed sequential gearbox with steering wheel paddle shift, 4WD with GKN propshafts, Reiger suspension and Prodrive Impreza Hubs.I hope this answers your questions.
Ive never seen Andy Burton crash either. Did he crash at the woodpecker this year. He dissapeared halfway through. Haven't seen him since either. What happened?
He had 2 punctures, both co drivers side if I remember correctly, that's what caused the crash.

There was a fire inside the car on the Woodpecker which forced him to retire:-(
