I guess if your blind they look alike I also have 2 M37s and the front ends look nothing alike the M35s m37 has headlights on the fenders round wheel wheels grill guard goes all the way out to the headlights no battery or storage compartments under the doors small mirrors no double hump on the hood no air intake on the side gas tank is under the truck not on the side no winch cutout on the bumper and the size of the m37 if less than half

I like the wheels and tires. 0:55 are the axe & shovel held in place w/ bolts thru their handles?

@SouthernKudzu I Drove it to work about 3 times a week 15 miles each way and there are locking pins though the handles

@robrm35 Very cool daily driver :-), I want one bad. This looks like something the modern MIL would be using. Sorry to criticise and out of all respect, the Axe & shovel....I guess mostly for looks? Seems drilling holes thru the handles would render them very useless for any serious work. Why not come up w/ some sort of strap? Otherwise, you did an outstanding job on this resto / custom rig.

@SouthernKudzu the axe and shovel have custom reinforced aircraft grade prepreg kevlar handles with steel inserts they can be worked harder than any handle made

it was done so the axe and shovel could be locked on as the truck had to be parked outside

This is the nicest bobbed deuce I've seen, I havent seen too many of them but this one is still a really nice truck. This is the kind that makes me want to go out and get one for myself.

When you had it bobbed how does that work? Do they just 'chop off' the rear portion with the rear most axle? Or do they also slice in to the section between the front of the rear axle and the cab to shorten it more? Is the turning radius improved? Really an outstanding looking truck.

Great looking truck. Just curious about your dual tanks. Do you have an A/B switch or is one tank feeding the other? Thinking about doing the same thing. Great idea on the rear bumper!!!
