  • Great job on the bars ... see the guy on the back I don't understand - Why run on a treadmill, makes no sense what so ever to me , not pushing all the muscles you would in a jog , not being able to keep the right form , not enjoying nature , not breathing fresh air (in most cases) ? Just don't get it ?!

  • I do weighted dips at the gym, I will attempt these tomorrow, I believe I can do them though, but they would have to be the first workout I do when I get to the gym..but yeah sweet for sure.

  • Your arms pull with biceps and push with triceps. Dips also use lower pecs, pull ups use a lot of lats. He is young and trim, so he probably doesn't run out of wind as fast as I would (darn it). Given that he is fit and has decent to excellent endurance, dips and pull ups are complementary exercises.

  • cause dips and pullups use different muscles and it's actually not that hard... but impressive none the less!

  • Dip real deep and than lean back so that the elbows will contact the bars. Do this controlled and slowly. To get out of the dip dive your chest forward. This will rock you back on your hands. It is quite tough at first, expecially on the wrists. But eventually things will come together. Cool vid. incredible strength and control.
