Macs are SUCH a headache. You have to buy everything just for the Mac because the damn things are so proprietary. I'm selling my mac on eBay and buying a PC so that I can buy less-expensive accessories that actually work.
You need to use a headset rather than the built in microphone. Otherwise, the iListen program has a difficult time hearing well what you are saying. I prefer the Planatronic headsets because they work the best.

hi i just tried to set up the program
everything is fine while it asks me to read the paragraph...there are both the yellow and green bars
but when i get to the part to say the numbers it wont hear anything..no green or yellow bar comes up at all
i am using an internal mic...i know it wont be the best quality but it should work
any suggestions? thanks
