  • pct = post cycle therapy?

  • Comment removed

  • Squirting it in your mouth

  • I would caution against using this if you have any history or proptensity towards Gyno flare-ups.. I was on DAA for about 10 weeks and although I made some muscle gains, I also gained some gyno back that I hadn't had since puberty, probably because it also aromatizes some of the extra test into estrogen.. now i'm feeling like I need to take some PCT as if I was on the juice.

  • ISOTOPES! Wow! It must be nuclear medicine!

  • daa pure and sns daa are the 2 best daa products, nmda is very underdosed

  • can i take this while on my pct?

  • @WrathofAqua you can however our knowledge of this is limited to one human study. Sorry to be ambiguous, there just is not enough data to give an informed opinion. Thank you for watching.

  • I'm a bit worried about the proposed mechanism of action- according to this video DAA is purported to enhance testosterone production by acting as a cofactor in steroid biosynthesis from cholesterol. This proposed method of action should not have ANY effect on LH levels, yet the study results showed LH increased 33% with P<0.001. I suggest that the mode of action of DAA suggested in this video is probably wrong- it's probably acting on the hypothalamus by aiding LH release.

  • @sarenace there is not enough data as there's only one human study and the mechanism of action was not discussed at length in the study. Bottom line is additional studies in humans w/ longer durations are needed. Also the Italian company that makes a drug based on the study is blocking the breakdown of DAA via D-Aspartate Oxidase, we are curious to find out if this is necessary for DAA to be most effective as they are likely blocking it for a reason. Hope this helps, thanks for watching,

  • Excuse me people you guys forgot to mention that 40 percent of d aspartic acid is literally aspartame! Aspartame kills your brain cells I'd rather keep my brain in tact then take this

  • @pavy415 that is not true, aspartame is made of 3 components (phenylalanine, methanol, and aspartic acid). The amino acids aspartic acid and phenylalanine are both the 'L' isomer not 'D' Also the non sense about killing brain cells is a hoax as the evidence has demonstrated it to be safe for human consumption even at high doses. If you want to avoid artificial sweeteners that is understandable but making up negative effects is wrong.

  • take DAA, then eat a whole package of bacon...that'll give your body plenty of cholestrol to convert to testosterone.

  • remember its been done on humans not rats mice or dogs or cats...If something was done on mice or rats stay away its bogus and bull crap its going to work on humans..remember humans and rodents are different..

  • @dailyplanet38 Our take is more that we would like to see additional studies in humans w/ a longer duration to see if the effect is just acute. A lot of companies are making products w/ it based on one study. Anyways thank you for watching, we appreciate it.

  • The studied showed a 33% increase in LH not test. Test was raised by 42%

At least get you facts straight before doing a video.

  • @PushAndPull1904 that is correct, we must have misspoke and flip flopped the numbers. The crux of it is that we would like to see an additional study in humans w/ a longer duration to see if the effect is just acute. Also the Italian company that makes a drug based on the study is blocking the breakdown of DAA via D-Aspartate Oxidase, we are curious to find out if this is necessary for DAA to be most effective as they are likely blocking it for a reason. Thanks for watching.

  • is this legal for ncaa sports?

  • @Hembrino30 as of right now we believe so, however we recommend double checking w/ someone who handles compliance at your school.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Alright well thanx a lot I will check on that. I just want to be safe. Thanks for the reply!

  • @BestPriceNutrition alright thanks so much for the info, you guys rock!

  • @DaCarter744 no problem, thank you for watching.

  • can you stack D-Aspartic Acid with Redefined Nutrition's Finaflex Revolution PCT Black?

because i have Finaflex Pure Test, which the ingredient is that acid, and i wanted to know if i could just stack the two when i finish my cycle.

  • @DaCarter744 from what we understand both of these products contain DAA so you really would not need to as it would be redundant.

  • I've got mine on the way, and i'll be doing blood tests before during and after, Hardly a conclusive trial but this product really intrigues me.

  • @SmartAceHole82 please report back with your levels before and after if you would, thank you.

  • @SmartAceHole82 Hi, any info on DAA?

  • would you say that this is more effective than tribulus?

  • @twosummer at this point yes, however we would like to see more research on it.

  • @BestPriceNutrition ok, because i was thinking about taking test freak, which the main indgredient is DAA and Fenugreek

  • So does DAA get your stamp of approval or no?

  • @AntonSlizzardhands not yet, we would like to see a lot more human studies. There is a glimmer of hope that it may be promising however we need more than a glimmer of hope to give it the thumbs up.

  • @AntonSlizzardhands It gets mine and I have been lifting and studying for a long time. Very good I would buy SNS brand and you don't have to load it. But if you do well put it this way I promise this brand works.. Try using A-hd by BPi make sure you have a girl friend.. Also for me instantly I noticed It is much cheaper than most would think go for SNS-- some companies are trying to amp it and well they are just overcharging.

  • As far as legal testosterone boosters go, is this the only one with positive human research behind it?

  • @sklim2009 for the most part yes in terms of direct effects, eating well, exercising and generally being healthy also promotes optimal testosterone levels. DAA still only has one human study so we remain skeptical, we will have a video on Applied Nutraceuticals Lit Up (which contains DAA) with more updated info on DAA next week.

  • ONLY USEFUL AS AN ADD ON FOR PCT, FACT! ABSOLUTE FACT END OF!!!

SO YOU DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT YORU TALKINg BOUT.

EH EHH EEHHHHHEHH EHHEH , DONT KNOW EHH EHHE.

  • Im not sure if this has already been suggested, however, you guys should check out lecheek nutritions products.. they are putting d-aspartic acid in pre-work out supplemnts and in inta work out products similar to scivation xtend... appears to be creating a lot of buzz.

  • is it also gonna increase the estrogen level?

  • @trinishipp not enough research to say for sure. As of right now any rise in estrogen would most likely be proportional to an increase in testosterone so in other words your ratio should remain constant. Again we are speculating as there is not enough research to confirm this, good news is there is more research underway.

  • Does this increase test past normal levels. What about the Novadex Xt view of "Free testosterone" ? is test beneficial if its not free test? you guys should start swindling Novadex Xt . Other sites have it.

  • @master9716 Unfortunately the FDA banned Novadex XT. It is true free testosterone is more telling in terms of anabolism however there are some other factors to consider when looking at blood work. Thank you for watching.

  • Great video guys! I'm about to start DAA and from what I heard in the video it's OK to mix the DAA Powder w/ my Whey Protein shake, right?

  • @TheMindofRobert there should not be an issue mixing them together. From what we understand more human studies are under way so we can find out just how effective this supplement is.

  • Have you guys tried this d-aspartic acid personally?

  • @Grimbas08 Glenn has tried it. Since we shot this video some more research on this ingredient has kicked off so we hope to have an update soon.

  • Just so you all know, this is nothing more than the same thing as NUTRA SWEET. Which causes brain tumors and decreases mental health within 2 weeks of use. It causes brain lesions and death.

  • @lazarusthehucast wrong on a few fronts. First off the 'D' refers to the Dextrorotatory enantiomer which reacts completely different in the body than L-Aspartic acid, which is an amino acid is only one of three ingredients in aspartame (phenylalanine and methanol also make up aspartame). So its not the same, not even close. There are a bunch of hoaxes and non-sense regarding the safety of aspartame which research to date validates.

  • Hi Lads, Hope you can help.

In relation to this product and Test boosters in general, Do they have an effect on hairloss? Please note i am allready taking Propecia for hairloss!

BTW love the vids. Very informative.

  • @dave1555 it really depends on the ingredient, most of the natural test boosters on the market now are really not potent enough to have such an effect. If you have a specific ingredient in mind we can let you know for sure.

  • @BestPriceNutrition cheers lads. What about the ingredient D-Aspartic acid. Is there any links to hairloss?

  • @dave1555 to date there is no such research showing this, however there needs to be more research. With most supplements/drugs that effect the endocrine system hair loss tends to be an exaggerated side effect as genetics is a much better predicator/cause.

  • They dont seem to know what they re talking about.

  • @iah48 please elaborate on what you mean or do you have a question? We discuss how there is really just one human study on this ingredient so we discuss what the results were and how we need a more studies and a larger sample size. Not sure what you mean.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Ok i m being unfair, I guess no one really knows enough about this stuff. I ordered the primaforce version of this online bc it was described as a natural test booster. It sounded really good until I did some background research and now I m skeptical. I ve decided not to use it bc although I ve heard good things from the people trying to sell it, as mentioned in this video, they really have no idea about the long term effects and it could quite possibly be very bad for you.

  • @iah48 fair enough, we appreciate you posting back. If we do see any other human studies we will be sure to do a follow up. Thank you for watching our video.

  • @ BestPriceNutrition: Do you have any evidence that a 30% increase in testosterone can actually affect strength, muscle mass or body comp? Thanks

  • @yamkas a 30% increase in testosterone will definitely increase strength and muscle mass assuming all other things being the same. the question with this product is whether or not it increases testosterone.

  • Thinking of trying this... but would you really feel safe with it? Is it a real possibility that you could skew with your hormones permanently?

If I start to see some bad side effects, I'd like to know that I can just discontinue use and get everything back to baseline... don't wanna tinker too much with this stuff!

  • @jenslyn87 no there really is not a concern of effecting endogenous testosterone levels.

  • JUST AN EXPERIENCE UPDATE,,, I PUT MY FRIEND ON A BOTTLE OF THIS PRODUCT DAAPURE.com, HE DID NOT PUT ON ANY SIZE AT ALL TAKING THE 3 GRAM PER DAY DOSE. HE MAY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MOVE A LITTLE MORE WEIGHT BUT NOT ANYTHING TO BRAG ABOUT...

  • @CR250RidR STOP TYPING IN ALL CAPS.

  • Aspartalone seems to be the latest "Brand Name" to be OVERHYPED (and $'d) as a DAA based "Magic Pill" for mass, fat loss and libido. Their claims are INSANE!!! I am looking for SOMETHING or combo of things to get my MOJO back! Which, if ANY of these will help? Hey, a little more muscle would be nice too! Not my main concern, though. My gal and I will thank you! Great info guys!

  • @waltandrus Viagra

  • I can provide the blood work for people who really want to see it.

  • For some of the people asking...I took3g a day for 2 months and yes I had blood work done. Positives...strength, stamina, pumps and muscle mass all increased. Negatives...sensitive nipples (possible to cause gyno), prostate irritation, c lose to the end I actually started to feel some depression which was odd. Blood work...6 months prior my total test was 330, after daa for 2 months my test was 303.7. I have no idea why, I think it worked but the lab tests have proven otherwise. \

  • @ugk26 thank you for posting this.

  • @BestPriceNutrition "colesterol and testosterone are esentialy the SAME thing??"

do these guys know what they are talking about??

  • @bobo007xx first of all learn how to spell, cholesterol and testosterone are not the same thing, that's a ridiculous statement. They share the same four hydrocarbon ring skeleton, as with other steroid hormones testosterone is derived from cholesterol, that's the point. Clearly we are not saying they are the same thing otherwise high cholesterol would = high testosterone.

  • @bobo007xx google "cholesterol molecule" and "testosterone molecule" and look at the images. They said "essentially the same backbone". And yep, they do have essentially the same backbone.

  • @ugk26 i read that if you are taking d-aspartic acid, you need to take estrogen inhibitors because DAA alone can increase estrogen as well

  • @AdverbAdjective A SERM like nolvadex or clomid would be your best bet to prevent gyno. Reason being that DAA increases LH which stimulates the testicles to produce testosterone. This increase in LH however also stimulates the testicles to produce estrogen directly. So an aromatase inhibitor would only prevent the increases testosterone from converting to estrogen but would not deal with the direct estro production. Nolva or clomid would take care of both!

  • @ugk26 what about formadrol

  • ok you haven't said anything about the results.... has anyone actually made new muscular gains while taking this product??

  • @CR250RidR it's hard to say without seeing more human studies. As discussed in the video there is only one currently published which was positive. The best way for an individual to gauge it's effectiveness would be to get your blood work (testosterone levels etc..) tested before and after use OR you could gauge it based on your benchmark lifts (not overly scientific but sometimes this is enough evidence for people). Hope this helps.

  • @CR250RidR 12 days it raised test 42-50%,not 33%.the 33% was something else related.becarful of the guy on the right.he is screwing up on some of the key information,so all is suspect .

  • i was wondering if you could do a video on what type of supplements to take in fat loss and what type of supplements to take in muscle gain and what type of food u should eat in each of these phases . i also love your video because the go into great depth on ingredients and i have become alot more educated by your videos , keep up the good work

  • @dezleader thank you for the kind words. We will definitely do some goal specific videos. Look for these in early January. in the meantime feel free to contact us at the number on our website and we are happy to help you with your diet.

  • I enjoyed your video but I want to know is it safe to take? are their side effects? can this pop up positive on a drug test?

  • @Hulk31483 D-aspartic acid is an amino acid so there really is not a concern with it showing up on a drug test. In terms of adverse effects we have seen one report where it acts on the NMDMA receptor which can give people headaches. However as discussed in the video more human studies need to be done with this ingredient, not only to confirm its effectiveness but also any adverse effects. Hope this answers your question.
