For some reason, whenever I see gameplay of this game, I'm reminded of Half-Life, yet the two games are nothing alike, and the graphics of this game are better than Half-Life's. Maybe it's just the look and the feel of the game.

they banned the color red, because it might have an agressive impact on people, and they might become agressive too, so thats why there's no red in the future.. and that is also why they chase runners, because they are capable to see red while in runner vision :|.

you can see runner vision as night vision or thermal vision:

thermal vision - see heat

runner vision - see the illegal color red :o
