i remember first seeing this game when i was like 8 at a pizza hut, it was a cabinet that had two games in one, this game and the first samurai showdown, really loved it
@SilverDusk1 How is that game btw? I don't have a 3DS, can't afford it. Is it any good? I hope it's better than Bust-a-Move DS (which boring) and Bust-a-Move for the PSP (which was really, really boring).
@RetroGamerr1991 Maybe, but I played this game online 2 years ago. There are plenty of people faster than me, and the win ratio was like 40% (me) to 60% (the other player). I don't understand how some players can shoot so fast and so accurately too (better than me). My hands and my brain really got tired after playing Bust-a-Move online. And I lost more, the more I kept thinking about how I was losing and how I was getting discouraged about it. I haven't played the game online since...
@esepitbull You mean like you have the Bust-A-Move PSP Halloween themed game, or this classic Puzzle Bobble arcade game on a moded PSP? I have the PSP game, it bores me to death... The older Puzzle Bobble games were so much better.
@esepitbull I did this on an emulator on my laptop called "Raine32". I haven't modded my PSP, too lazy to do it myself or to find someone to do it for me.
I'm lucky to live in california, because at main street in the westfield mall has a store that has stuff from japan!!!also the 2 laundry places have arcade machines!!!forgot to mention, fantastic video!
for a reason,my pizza hut has this arcade game to play as a compilation with some tatio cup 199?,metal slug 4 or 5,and some other game I can't remember.
Lucky. The last time I played this in an arcade was on an ultracade game collection machine in some mall in D.C. The first time I played it was on its own machine in a Chuck E. Cheese. But sadly, most arcades nowadays are just filled with ticket redemption games that don't mean shit to me. =(
There's also the stickam webchat service, but I don't really feel like making one. I might, but I need more friends to use it with me such as yourself.
The only way that would be possible is if someone made a Puzzle Bobble/Bust-A-Move rom with Bust-A-Move as the title, but so far I do not know of any roms that have been made with that as the title screen. And I don't know how to hack roms either, sorry.
Eh, in a world as big as ours, there's always going to be some people that are better than you at almost anything. Besides, I once played online with another play who owned me, shooting bubbles even faster and more accurately than I did. Hell, I haven't even watched this video of mine in awhile, but I know there were a few instances where I was extremely close to losing, but I got lucky, lol.
Aw man, sorry, I don't know. I don't have one so I wouldn't know. Try searching on google for a raine emulator for iphones, maybe you might get lucky.
Are you looking for Bust-A-Move 4 for MAME, Raine, or a PSX emulator? Try googling "Bust-A-Move 4 rom" or "Puzzle Bobble 4 rom". I have the rom for Raine, if you want, I can send it to you on AIM. Here's my s/n...
Well, any Bust-A-Move 4 is fine; but since you have the one for RAINE then I'll take that one; I'll go on AIM too and contact you when I see you online.
actually.. since i never see you online. can you send me the emulator and the puzzle bobble 4 rom by message? Thanks! i'm so excited for it.. egghhh ahahah.
i found a site where you can play this :3 i get addicted to it lol.this was one of those arcade games i love and still do.ive played this game for years and it never gets old for me ^^ always be a classic.
I loved this game, it came to a local arcade (that shut down several years ago) when I was a kid and literally the only game I would spend money on, absolutely some of the best times spent there, I wish I could've bought that machine....I could've probably bought it with all the tokens I spent on it. haha
True dat. The first time I played this game was at Chuck E. Cheese's, and I sucked horribly at it. lol. Yeah, it would be nice to own a Puzzle Bobble arcade machine one day, but hey, that's what emulators are for if you can't have the actual thing! lol.
I played this game all the time in my local pub, then they got rid of the Neo Geo arcade machine.I have now bought an MVS-AES copy for my Neo Geo off ebay, after months of searching. :-)
Very nice, FreedomFighter. I could never beat this game without losing. Another YouTube user is also good at Puzzle Bobble games, which happened to be CSK2E (aka Rexe11 and PaperMario4Ever).
Cool, I actually thought those 3 were all different people. You know, you forgot someone else who's good at Puzzle Bobble, and that would be SeventhSun. You should check out his Puzzle Bobble videos. He's way better than me.
Yeah, that one's just as good too. Weird, I could never go through the whole thing. I always died after using up all my credits somewhere around round 25.
Actually, I'm playing this on a Raine emulator that plays Taito arcade games. You can download it for free. It's called Raine32. Just look it up on Google and you should find the website. The version I have is 0.50.5. The roms (which are basically the games) you can get from Zophar's Domain. I'll send you a link in a message.
