Do i have to follow a diet plan cuz i dont like that kind of food i actually been doing the Teen work out im 15 years old all i need is to lose 20 pounds or less cuz i aint that fat anyways ive been doing it for like 2 weeks now i cant find a difference and ive been trying to eat less but i cant eat Diet food Like salad etc i just dont like it at all but please answer me i rly need ur help do i gotta follow a diet plan and how many times a week i have to do it ?
@MrMarth25 - If you do this workout for three or four days a week you will see results. A good rule of thumb is to not get too familiar with one workout. Rotate different workout routines to keep it fresh and keep you muscles guessing. Your eating is critical. Eat less fatty foods and more vegetables. I know you don't like em but your body needs em.
