I'm not for the Islamic Republic or anything but Iran does have a Constitution, and it is quite just but the regime totally ignores it. It for example grants minorities to be educated in their own languages(I THINK it's in Article 17, but I'm not sure, look it up "Qanon-e Assasi-e Iran") and to protest(but not against Islam).

Why do we have to have a "Rahbar," even if as a symbol to unite around?
Would not a well-devised, fair & just, modern Constitution do?
Would it not be better to place our faith & unity in commonly shared ideals & values rather than individuals?
Individuals are fallible and mortal!
Grand universal humanistic ideals & values are permanent.
Ideals of justice, equality, freedom, goodwill towards all living beings last forever!
No personality cult needed: be it Rajavi, Pahlavi,Khomeini......
