Dear GOD that kit sounds amazing and the drumming was awesome. I kinda think that playing the hit hat heel-up and lifting the whole leg instead of the heel-down approach and only lifting the toes seems uncomfortable and just awkward to play. Plus it gives you a lessened variety of sounds you can get out of the cymbals, there is many different textures to play between just open and closed.
