No-scopes are random. Random is Luck. Double Y and things like that can increase your chances slightly but it's random either way. Just because they are centre of your crosshairs doesn't mean anything, except they are in the centre of the screen. If you shoot, the bullet could go straight through a window 5 ft above him.

actually a quick scope is when you see the enemy, you line them up with your crosshairs, scope in so it shoots straight and then you pull the trigger, so its not like your not looking

There is some skill invloved. You need accuracy first of all and you need to be able to center the general area of your enemy and you need to be able to do things like strafe shots and g-shots.
