Your Video Is Very Useful Sharing the paper forecasts three electric-vehicle adoption scenarios based on two oil price scenarios and possible purchase price incentives for electric cars.
Well some one has to profit off of people filling up their "tank". It just wouldn't be American if large holding companies like KPCB couldn't profit off of the American people.
But this will enable those Holding Co's to profit off of the battery in your car that you don't own.
This doesn't address the real issue.
The real issue is who controls the electricity. That is the foundation and needs to be "updated"
Who should control electricity? Those who make it and that should be everyone.
The limited range did contribute to demise of the EV. The high price of the battery was a problem. The limited life of the battery was a problem. It would be harder to sell a used EV with a used battery.
Separating the battery cost from the car will make the EV more affordable to the lower end consumer. I've seen many people drive used cars. If you could sell the EV at 10 to 20 thousand and also be able to sell used EVs een cheaper, these cars will populate each city.

It wasn't the batteries that killed the electric car, it was the oil men.
