Did you ever try the powerglove? It was trash, unless you just used the GD controller... Thing barely worked. Wii is a bit more powerglove than this anyway, considering there isnt any manual attachment...

how do you figure, xbox 360 is a tricore processor, gaming console, with the most flexible gpu on the market as in console's right now? i can see this being applied to xbox 360, just not cheap
Although this is a neat idea, its a third party product. Publisherss will not give hundreds of thousands of dollars to developers to create a game, unless they can be sure that everyone will be able to play it. By making a game use this feature, which will no doubt be much more expensive than a Wiimote, and have numerous problems (multiplayer anyone?), they will immediately cut out probably 2/3 of their customer base. Games that rely on third party products fail.

This is a tracking device... using two cameras it tracks where your hand is, and use it as an input device for the console. Like a mouse. Works diferent then the Wiimote, but same function. Nice if it can track 2 hands, and use it like in 'Minority Report' movie.
New technology has always been good. However, Xbox was saved by a shooter (Halo) and the 360 is also primarily a shooter console. I think the Wii has already staked the motion sensing territory in the gaming industry. No big whoop for 360 owners.

how do you figure, xbox 360 is a tricore processor, gaming console, with the most flexible gpu on the market as in console's right now? i can see this being applied to xbox 360, just not cheap

Although this is a neat idea, its a third party product. Publisherss will not give hundreds of thousands of dollars to developers to create a game, unless they can be sure that everyone will be able to play it. By making a game use this feature, which will no doubt be much more expensive than a Wiimote, and have numerous problems (multiplayer anyone?), they will immediately cut out probably 2/3 of their customer base. Games that rely on third party products fail.

Yeah but anything that Nintendo comes up with, everyone else just copies. The D-pad, shoulder buttons, anologue control. The list goes on. This is just another example of Nintendo inventing something ingenius, and someone else turning it into thier own. Ps Xbox360 is the best console in my opinion.

Because I haven't played/own a PS3, I can't say much at the moment, but sales show that the 360 is doing better with the XBOX ELITE 360 and standard XBOX 360 and accessories for the 360.

This is a tracking device... using two cameras it tracks where your hand is, and use it as an input device for the console. Like a mouse. Works diferent then the Wiimote, but same function. Nice if it can track 2 hands, and use it like in 'Minority Report' movie.

New technology has always been good. However, Xbox was saved by a shooter (Halo) and the 360 is also primarily a shooter console. I think the Wii has already staked the motion sensing territory in the gaming industry. No big whoop for 360 owners.
