I don't believe it will happen, but Game Informer made the mistake in their January issue of saying it was going to pc and xbox 360 as well as ps3. The publisher is sony, so it is highly doubtful, however.

there is absolutely nothing in this clue that even hints at the next Metal Gear (never says Solid) being on the 360. The very same power button is on everything from my PS3 to my Honda Prius. It is possible that MGS5 may come out on 360 but not MGS4.
