I wish Ron Paul supporters were more reasonable. I love his positions on domestic issues, the economy, the debt, etc. However, if we gut the military and allow our enemies to get nuclear weapons, it won't matter what the size of our debt is. Ron Paul and his supporters NEED to recognize that Iran is a dire threat to the entire free world--the US and our closest ally Israel especially. We can't just sit back and allow them to gain the capacity to destroy us.
@ProudSpeakerofWhale The economy? Give me a break. Have you ever looked at a chart from the 19th century? That's where his economic policies come from. Anybody that mentions the gold standard in 2012 can't be taken seriously.
@WallStwizkid Okay, aside from the gold standard argument. You're right that "getting back to the gold standard" is impossible these days. By economy I guess I really mean government spending and debt, where if we have the right policy on government spending and debt (which I believe he does), it will get the economy growing again.
@ProudSpeakerofWhale No I agree, gov. spending is out of control. During the recession, when it's favorable to inject money into the economy to reverse deflation, keeping interest rates low, the gov. spent more money into the economy causing more inflation, and then deflation etc etc. There was volatility in even the shortest term money markets. This means borrowers couldn't negotiate favorable rates with lenders, causing more instability.
@ProudSpeakerofWhale The gov. did not help, which is why the recovery has been sluggish, only recently have we seen considerable signs of a recovery, and improvement in the financial markets and unemployment rate. That said, almost every candidate up there agrees with that, which means Ron Pauls kooky gold theories will offset any budget improvements. Not to mention his foreign policy is not only terrible, it's non-existent.
fucking control freeaks still will be in control no matter whos in office if ron paul is as honest as it seems and doesnt turn out to be another bullshit obama yes we can then well ron paull prob be assainted i would think if hes that honest.. so the powers at be still will be fucking the world over as we speak and the trials of tribulation is apon us end times is here u see what happens more fucked up shit
Every one is saying Ron Paul will change. Idk about you guys but we already had black who said that and now look at the u.s we are in more debt and poverty vote Ron Paul if you want to live of unemployment benefits !
Mitt Romney .... have good points. And great ideas
Newt ... is there somone for to cheat on and lie to right now ? Your the fattest and most annoying man I have ever seen run for mr president I'm sorry but I can't afford to pay for you sit in the white house eat everything!
You see whenever you ridiul gingrich about things we already know, it doesn't phase his poll numbers. Now whenever one of you liberatarians goes out in support for Paul millions more stand up and speak against Ron Paul.
Don't get wrong I think Ron Paul is a smart guy, but he's a huge risk for the GOP.
Santorum scares the shit out of me with that fake smile ..Greetings from Thailand and thus am not subject to your brainwashing media ...Ron Paul is the only American i have ever seen that speaks the truth all the rest are just the usual jew war stooges, vote for them if you want more debt and wars
what gets me is both mitt romney and newt gingrich did not go serve our country when it came time for thim to newt got a deferment and mitt romney went to france know they want to go to war with iran they are both cowerds it looks like israel has 3 bitches newt mitt romney and rick santorum ron paul 2012
where do older people go besides tv to see these debates? im just wondering what percentage of americans are commenting on these videos. everywhere i look, its all about ron paul. i love ron paul, i just hope we are as big as what i think we are.
RON PAUL PEOPLE! SNAP OUT OF YOUR IGNORANCE AMERICA. I HAVE TO YELL BECAUSE NOBODY LISTENS OTHERWISE. DO YOU REALIZE WHERE THE COUNTRY IS HEADED AND WHAT RON PAUL WANTS TO DO ABOUT IT? VOTE RON PAUL.
What makes me sick is how these Debates favor the Poll and higher placers right in order. First place from previous state in succession. This is all mind steering for the public. Makes people think that asking questions from the first placer as he is the only one that matters. Give Ron Paul more time and I promise you things would "CHANGE".
Chris Christie on electability. Loud Mouth Fat Ass and they take his word as meaning anything? Now that is the guy we want running our country? Bully who would go after any war he could. You have to have a level headed president that should always look at the long term ramifications of what he does now. He must be wise in history, finance especially in monetary expertise and that MAN is RON PAUL PERIOD. I get tire of these actor posers talking about me, me, me. Not us.
Ron Paul... If you know so much about the CONstitution, HOW did you miss this part of it??
Obama, Romney, and Santorum are NOT Natural Born Citizens, which is a CONstitutional REQUIREMENT to even RUN for US President! Obama is a WORLD CITIZEN, and has a WORLD PASSPORT. Why do you suppose Obama applied for World Citizenship... RIGHT BEFORE he became the 'alleged' US PRESIDENT?
(I also have a World Passport, but I got mine because I DENY US Citizenship)
Mitt Blobley is a hypocryt he only talks about corporate america and forgets the people he only will protect the rich companies and keep the damn Fed in place, sorry how can americans allow this to happen. I think no matter how many people vote for Ron Paul they will still manipulate the result and peoples toughts intom thinking that whoever is shown on TV as the winner is the real winner no matter what I'm so sick and tired of these criminals running the world lets fight back.
these debates are a fraud, yesterdays debate in florida Ron Paul got a total of a minutes and the other three, Mitt Blobley, Newt Gingroid, Dick Santurom, got more then 15 minutes each. And they Excluded Ron paul out out many of the question by simply ingoring the man. The news media does not care about the peoples opinion they are faking these elections right infront of every ones eyes. They try to sway and manipulate public opinion, and the eyes of the world. CNN is a fraud
Yeah, i bet you'll keep cheering him on even after he loses. He loses SC and he goes "This is a victory"
When he loses to Obama it's going to be the same thing.
He's going to ramble on and on about nothing, and how he claims to have done better than any other GOP candidate. As it stands, Ron Paul is pretty naive. I like him on the constitution and Economy, but he is horrible in foreign policy and can very much get us all killed.
Woah Newt Gingrich is so full of #&#%. He's being accused of something and all he can say is that he won't waste time clearing it up, because it's false??? Just woah xD
I don't agree with Ron Paul, I don't, it's that simple, if one of you wants to say that I am stupid thats fine. However disagreeing with someone is not disrespecting them. What is disrespectful, is what Bryan Williams just did. He just sat there and blatantly insulted him, even as a liberal, I recognize that that was WRONG. AND completely uncalled for. The most intellegent man in the room had to wait 13:00 minutes to be insulted. That is offensive and fankly pisses me the hell off.
@Divinemartyr I don't know why anyone would call you "stupid" for disagreeing with Ron Paul, most people with a shred of common sense would disagree with him. Answering every question with libertarian anarchy drivel isn't "smart", it's stupidity. Don't judge Ron Paul based on youtube reactions, most of them are kids that have no idea what they're talking about. He won't even get nominated because he's too radical.
@CJStew06 Fiscal conservatism lol. I think you should take a macroeconomics class at even a 101 level. Hint: anybody that mentions libertarian economics never took it. They don't teach that Austrian junk and for good reason. Their policies are straight out of the 19th century which was stricken with financial panics, and their monetary ideals were the problems that lead to the greatest depression in modern day. In 8 years in finance, I've never heard anybody reference Austrian crap. It's a joke.
Well said! The Mises cult is Laissez Faire bumper stickers. Idealism that fears creating a living standard too high for acquiring a proper slave. Rothbard teaches them that the worst thing government can do is "plunder the rich" in order to placate hunger in the indolent poor. The poor need healthy hunger to keep them from becoming uppity.
The pessimism is Calvinism in a spectrum ranging between self interest and selfishness. Greed is god. Fraternity the devil.
@StratusBlue Plundering the rich didn't work out so well for 18th century France, it ended in the Napoleonic wars. I don't think these kids know how good they have it. Take the poorest section of America, and they still live like royalty compared to some 3rd world hell holes. I'm also getting sick of the whole disparity nonsense, a gap between classes is good, it actually motivates people to want more, and has produced some of the greatest thinkers of all time.
Illuminati use either extreme of greed or poverty to maintain power. Division, not fraternity, is their MAFIA's bread and butter. The MAFIA cannot take credit for any of the greatest thinkers but their wars have certainly stood out as human kind's low points.
We can do better. In "Fog of War" we learned that Robert McNamara believed war inevitable. That is who the Illuminati choose to empower. They are the Brotherhood of Death who do not believe that good is real.
@WallStwizkid Actually whiz kid what I am referring to is a monetary policy built on the free market system, which is built on capital, not credit. I know you're going to fire back about that because you'll proclaim that those sytems of economics are outdated, but its problem is that a market that thrives on credit, thrives on consumers and potential investors. Credit is useful and very profitable. But what happens when it begins to get so available, that literally, everyone is entited to it?
@CJStew06 Modern economies are based on credit, for numerous reasons, but for the sake of text space I'll condense as much as possible. When you increase the money supply, there's low rates and it encourages investments. You also put more money in the hands of consumers. So with consumer spending up, businesses respond by increasing production, demand for capital goods rises, as well as demand or labor. It also enables companies to issue equity and debt in the securities market.
@CJStew06 When the economy expects inflation, interest rates adjust to it, as well as labor contracts. The economy is cyclical. Growth cycles can easily turn into the economy overheating, which is when it's rate of growth declines. When the money supply is contracted, and companies fight over a smaller pool of money, prices decline and consumer spending increases as well. That's usually seen during the holiday sales season.
@CJStew06 That's very different than a policy based around deflation (gradual increase in purchase power), which results in a decline in spending, and slows economic activity down. That's just not an option for an economy this size. Oversupplied markets result in an increase in unemployment, similar to conditions prior to the great depression. Looking at economics in terms of either prior to the depression (Ron Paul) or post depression (Keynesian methods) is ridiculous.
@CJStew06 I don't have enough space to talk about consumerism, but it's more important than you realize. Without consumerism, very important economic calculations such as cardinal and ordinal utilities would not exist. In fact, during the industrial revolution, a lot of economists referred to it as the "marginal revolution." There's no rational price discovery without using calculative methods, and without consumerism, do you really think rational pricings would exist on labor value?
@CJStew06 Maybe in Afghanistan they could get by on labor value, because they probably can do each others job. In a modern industrialized nation, where everybody is not capable of doing everybody else's job, yet rely on the availabilities of goods and services from their labor, you'll begin to see how irrational it is to go outside of true price competition. Most industrial nations aim for a 2-3% increase in annual inflation, with disinflation after growth, not deflation.
@CJStew06 As far as inflation rates go, it's silly to ignore savings and increases of spending on imports (preventing inflation rates from rising further-i.e.-price competition beyond domestic supply), which is why the quantity of money = inflation (Ron Paul) is incomplete and inaccurate. Also, people talking about the money supply on youtube are using ridiculously general terminology. There's three main classifications of money M1(least accurate exchange mediums), M2(store of value)
@CJStew06 or M3 (broad money, de-facto money, i.e.-money market mutual funds). Guess what their overtly general comments unknowingly focus on? They focus on M1, which is ridiculous. It once again ignores savings. Bank income is generated from 3 sources- 1. interest on loans 2. foreign currencies on deposit (the dollar is still the reserve currency in all modern banking systems globally. 3. inter-banking lending 4. services provided to other banks.
@CJStew06 Guess which form of bank income is measured in the money supply? None of it, bank income isn't measured. Banks extend credit in the form of consumer debt, and they also pay out interest for use of the funds (interest savings/checking account availabilities). This in turn establishes fair value returns on investments (Keynesian theory, i.e.-capital is re-invested or not available to lend). Without knowing how to read a yield curve, it's pointless talking about credit.
@CJStew06 When somebody doesn't know what interest rates mean on a yield curve, their opinion on the current system has no value. Long term rates show the value of a currency and economic stability, short term rates just show the day to day demand for capital supplies in the banking system. This means a normal yield curve should register higher long term rates vs. short term, with short term rates more prone to fluctuate, forming the actual slope of the curve.
@CJStew06 Finally, another important aspect of the credit system is, the stability of economic cycles. There IS a need for a central bank, and that need is to control the flow of money and smooth out economic cycles. Gold standards or any other system that uses notes as commodity receipts isn't capable of smoothing out business cycles. If necessary I'll provide references to charts that show how boom and bust business cycles were on the gold standard, and even more so prior to the Fed.
@CJStew06 Or you can just look up any historical chart that shows inflation and deflation levels in the U.S. Capital is defined as money spent to realize a return, and also an obligation. When you understand that, and put all my points together, you'll realize that proposing free market capital, and opposing the credit system, is an oxymoron. Last point I want to make before I get too carried away- open textbook models on economics are also incomplete.
@CJStew06 Unless they changed since I was in college, the Keynesian methods they preach are not always accurate. What's important here is, Keynesian methods laid the foundation and evolved economics, and Austrain methods are all supply-side theory, outdated, and closed off to debates that have never been resolved. This is one of the reasons why 99 percent of mainstream economists reject it. I've learned more about economics working within the financial markets.
@CJStew06 There's an important concept called reflexivity within the financial markets in relation to the economy. This alters the fundamental perception of the economy, causing states of either dynamic or static disequilibrium. This can be evidenced in the financial markets for crude oil, and just about all price discovery relative to commodities that have exchange traded derivatives available for price protection. Traditionally, this did not occur so frequently.
@CJStew06 Oh by the way, when it comes to reflexivity, it's more important than some of these news "analysts" acknowledge. Every time I hear an opinion on the effect on oil prices a blockade around the Strait of Hormuz will have, I laugh. All the numbers they spit are solely factored on input and output distribution levels that rely on the traffic of oil through the strait. The "analysts" that say the effect of a blockade is exaggerated, don't know what they're saying.
@CJStew06 If you apply the concept of reflexivity, the result is the exact opposite. Meaning, a better guess would be that an Iranian blockade around the Strait will most likely skyrocket oil prices.
@WallStwizkid What's stupid about strict conservative fiscal policy and caring about what happens to the American tax-payer's dollars? Currently, we have a government trying to preside in so many things that it strangles the free markets and leaves people unaccountable for their own decisions because the government will bail them out at every turn. Politicians acting on their own liberal agendas, trying to create a "utopian" society where everyone has the right to a government program is wrong
@CJStew06 Personally, I think he's "radical" because he goes against so much that people have become accustomed to in America, but yet he has a record of being against the government institutions, like Fanny and Freddie for one, that have to tried to regulate honest American's business practices and decisions and they've put the countries wealth on the line with it. We don't need a government to tell us what to do because, frankly, they don't know much, if any, better than we do

@Divinemartyr By the way, they ran a study and concluded that Ron Paul talks to listeners on a 4th grade reading level. That solves the mystery on why youtube users think he's "smart."
@WallStwizkid You actually trust "studys" about Dr Paul ? and even if he was true, maybe he was trying to reach you but obviously it didn'n work , next time he might talk to you on a 1st grade level...stay tuned you might understand something but until then let sing along...THE WEEL ON THE BUS GO ROUND AND ROUND...ROUND AND ROUND...
@luc649 Maybe you can give me some pointers considering it looks like a kindergartner typed your post. For starters, you can't spell. You also typed a sentence that was practically the entire length of your post. Even if you used a spell check, you still can't punctuate properly. And if that's not bad enough, you have a picture of Gaddafi as your icon. Anybody that types like you and has pictures of dictators in their icon has no business talking about anything.
@Divinemartyr Your comment is ridiculous. You spent half the comment laying it out there that you don't agree with Ron Paul, only to end it with an exaggerated opinion on how he was "insulted". I don't really see the point. I also don't see how he's the "most intelligent man in the room", accrording to you, which is based on..nothing. If they were talking about gynecology, then he would be the most intelligent. They' not.
@WallStwizkid In a paragraph of seven sentences, i spent one, saying i disagree with Ron Paul. The second sentence was how I believe that just because I disagree with someone isn't the same thing as being disrespectful or having ill emotions torwards them. What makes him the most intellegent man in the room, is in my opnion, his willingness to not be insulted, when he easily could of been. His willingness to stick to his talking point instead of attacking the other candidates.
@Divinemartyr Anybody that goes into a job, or a school, and comes out the same way he/she went in, isn't intelligent. Stubborn, but not intelligent. The fact that he has never changed his view or position on any topic his whole career, shows he's learned nothing, and isn't willing to meet in the middle with opposing views. Most of the people praising Ron Paul on youtube are mere kids that base it off emotion and no logical method in evaluating each issue.
@WallStwizkid I am not praising him nor am saying that I agree with the fact that he has a stubborn attitude about politics. What I am saying is that EVERY person deserves the same amount of respect. Giving two people the floor to say what ever they damn well please, there are four people on stage and one is being ignored. You can tell me that politics isn't a fair game all you want. HOWEVER Bryan Williams is supposed to be fair, and that is what I was saying.
@Divinemartyr No I understand that but, who cares. He shouldn't even be in the debates. I wouldn't care if he just stood up there, and they didn't ask him anything. I can't stand when he opens his mouth, he's a nut, and I don't care what he has to say. His economic policies are out of the 19th century, he has "head in the sand" foreign policy, and he's not a "constitutionalist" but rather somebody who abuses the constitution to promote a free for all in society. I've heard enough.
@WallStwizkid I understand, however then these debates aren't really meant for you. I agree with everything that you said about Ron Paul, I really do, as a democrat my opinions aren't going to coincide with any of the candidates least of all Ron Paul's. I just want a little fairness for people in politics, even for people that I staunchly disagree with. Anyways you won't have to worry bout' it, since Ron Paul could never win in a general election.
@Divinemartyr You're right, I apologize. I guess it gets a bit frustrating when there's scores of people on youtube attacking you over this Ron Paul nonsense, in very childish ways. But I shouldn't have stooped to that level, so I apologize. I'm not worried at all about Ron Paul even being nominated, let alone winning. However, there's a lot of nuts out there with outrageous beliefs. Who knows what they'll do when Ron Paul loses.
@WallStwizkid I completely understand, we all get heated, I get extremely hateful messages telling me all the time telling me to "Shut the fuck up". Thats why I don't get upset over other peoples opinions anymore. Because when you begin to devalue the right to speak openly and freely, even if there is ignorance there, you demean your own voice and your own rights. So I will always defend a crazy lunatics right to speak, because it is his right.
@Divinemartyr Oh and the crazy lunatic is Ron Paul... now watch as the Ron Paul supporters consume my still beating heart in the middle of a parking lost somwhere. I am sure that video will find its way to Youtube ^_^
@Divinemartyr The amounts of disinformation on youtube regarding the government and banking system is outrageous. I'm constantly in disbelief when I watch these videos. Do these people even check sources? They just believe whatever they see and hear on the net. Even mainstream media gets things wrong as they compete against other networks. Out here in lower Manhattan we still have those kooks standing around harassing people every 9/11 with their kooky theories. Enough is enough.
@Divinemartyr The reason why he doesn't get a lot of time to answer, is because he has the same answer to every question-the constitution. As if politics hasn't evolved since the constitution. For example, there were no speed limit laws addressed there, because they didn't have cars lol. Supporting the spirit or essence of the constitution and using it to promote a form of anarchy in economics and foreign policy are two different things.
I agree, its why I don't agree with him. However that is not what I was talking about. I didn't say anything about his opinions or the amount of time he had to talk.
@Divinemartyr Ron Paul should just hold up a sign that says "the constitution" in debates. If you factor that in, he actually gets more time than he should. He's also long winded, and it's never a buzzer beater with him. He just keeps talking, ignoring the bell. I find it interesting that somebody against him doesn't factor any of this in. Yeah they're limiting his time, so what?
@WallStwizkid Okay, so what I was saying has nothing to do with the amount of time he has to answer his question, what my problem was was that he had to wait nearly fifteen minutes to be asked a question. Though what your saying also is borderline ridiculous, they don't care about how much time is given. Mewt's bickering, goes on for like ten minutes, they routinely interrupt each other and ramble on and on about each others records. Debates are supposed to have time limits.
Okay, Ron Paul will not win. I am not being pessimistic. Kennedy wanted to do away with the FED, assassinated. Lincoln, after acknowledging certain fowl-ups, assassinated. Lets say Ron Paul gets presidency...people will start placing bets how long he lives. There is nothing conspiracy-theorist about the thought. The idea alone is legitimate. Mans thirst for power will never be quenched.
A vote for anyone other than Ron Paul , at this point, is a slap in the face to everything we hold sacred as country as a WHOLE...There is a reason they don't Play Ron Paul in the media, because they know they have NO dirt they can bring up...and they KNOW every time he talks, he is gaining another 100 new voters by sheer common sense. Not to mention..I think our troops have a say too..And they all say PAUL! Ron Paul in 2012. it'll probably be 3rd party, but it's still the message of INTEGRITY
@TerrorWarrior5000 He's won almost every state...YU suck.because you only watch t.v. and pretend you're informed about current events...Ron paul is the real front runner, I assure you...he has many many many MANY polls that he wins by almost double the votes every time...Look around, you'll see. The only ones he doesn't win are the debates produced by the televised media...That's why they've had so many, to make them all seem significant. not to mention..If you watch these..he wins every time...
Interesting that Romney uses the "returning fire" metaphor regarding his response to Gingrich's verbal attacks, when neither Gingrich nor Romney have ever served in the military. Chicken hawks.
The moderator comes from the Ron Burgundy/Ted Baxter school. Both he and the candidates depend on the fact that half the country has a below-average IQ.
The U.S. was Newtered by S. Carolina. Newt may be a "great debater." Obama is also considered a "great debater." Newt is the Pied Piper. He says exactly what you want to hear, mezmorizes, and leads all down to the river to drown. He left his 1st wife with cancer, 2nd wife with MS & and he cares less for your family's struggles, medical or financial. Romney left the Olympics with a surplus budget....the first time in history the Olympics was left with a surplus.
if Gingrich becomes the nominee, we're done for. There's no way he can beat Obama. Romney is the only capable canidate. I don't care that he's a mormon
Why is it, if the Armed forces are all behind Dr Ron Paul, why don't they all stand together to get him into the White House, and say "NO", to all those rich men that are making money from the death of young men and women they are sending to WAR over lies.. You want your country to have Democracy then only one man up there on stage will, bring that true meaning to us all.. DR RON PAUL!!!
The Repulicans are stupid, the people that they need to impress aren't their republican base, its the swing voters. Swing voters are sick of Christian values and homophobia, so the old style republicans Perry and Santorum represent need to dissapear if the Republicans ever want to win an election again. Im not on the Ron Paul bandwagon but it seems he's more liberal, or forward thinking than the other candiates,as such he's your best bet. You see republicans will vote republican no matter what.
i love Ron Paul so much. he is the only candidate who understands anything about the monetary system, foreign policy, and liberty. Any other candidate that gets elected is basically trivia because none of them can beat Obama. Between Obama and and the candidate that gets elected who isnt Ron Paul is also trivial because both are Republicrats who will become servants to lobbyists and corporations. Anyone besides Ron Paul wont change anything!
Why the fuck does the Zionist who own all the channels ask Ron Paul the same questions every time. It's time for the people to ask the questions and not those robot moderators
Why are people giving up on Ron Paul? The man is consistently accurate. 99% of what he says is truth. He's also a prophet; I'm sure he's already writing down what catastrophes will happen if he doesn't get elected. He may be old, but he's a man of wisdom. It is extremely rare to find a politician with these credentials. Mitt Romney doesn't give a FUCK about you or any of the American people. He's another rich ponzi-scheming flipflopping cocksucker. Wake the fuck up; what don't you people get?
I'm tired of all these DEBATES!! Are we getting anything out of any of these guys except Ron Paul? Nope! These questions they keep asking Ron Paul about are just pissing me off. Stop asking him the same questions.
I DONT BELIEVE THERE CAN BE SO MANY PEOPLE VOTING FOR GINGRICH AFTER THIS DEBATE - THE VOTES MUST BE SO R4IGGED OR IS THERE SO MANY DUMBASS WAR FREAKS THAT LIVE IN THE USA -
Hey Anonymous - it's time to start targeting the media; they obviously represent only the establishment and are FARRRRRRR more concerned with brainwashing and brain-rotting the people than actually reporting any real news. This is just fucking GARBAGE!!!
Only 2% of this process is over. 98% is before us America. Go register to vote in YOUR STATE PRIMARY. It is all about winning delegates to the GOP National election. No one is "chosen" yet. Be very vocal. Go get YOUR gear on. Get YOUR sign. Cap? Shirt? Badge? Be seen in public every day in RON PAUL gear. Give him a $20 donation for TV time. IF NOT YOU? --- WHO?
1:45 Damn you Gingrich! My buddies and I invented a GOP debate drinking game. The Rules: everytime someone says 'Ronald Reagan' you have to do a shot. I'll be damned if the 5th God Damn word out of Newt's mouth wasn't REAGAN! God, I feel like shit today. I'm thinking of changing the Rules to the words 'Lincoln/Douglas' but I don't think I'd fair any better. As far as using the phrase 'What Americans want' that would be suicide regardless of both Shitty political Parties...
NBC wanted them to withhold their applause because the debate was held on a college campus and the young people love Ron Paul. Young people hate the others because they're such ignorant liars and hypocrites.
Ron Paul is your friggin last chance people! In five years, it will be too late. Everybody else republican/democrat but Ron Paul is destined to destroy this country with debt, unemployment, war, and erosion of liberty! It's your moral duty to educate on Ron Paul! Ron Paul people! RRRRONNN PPPPAAULLLL! Or get ass ready for full fledged tyranny in five years! I'm a Canadian BTW
@desijamesbond90210 Spot on! I'm not an American, but i have a huge amount of respect for Dr Ron Paul. I wish we had someone like that down here in Australia!! The other 3 are crooks, and it is so black and white that Dr PAul is someone who will help change the world for the better, if not we are all screwed!!
@desijamesbond90210 For one minute lets be real. We, you and myself, would appreciate Paul as Pres. History has shown that people who try to do whats right, within the government, get bullets. Lincoln, Kennedy, to each their own, got a bullet. No president since has acted as such. That being said, no bullets. The government, in all its entirety, is a bunch of puppets being strung along. A major, MAJOR, reset is in order.
@desijamesbond90210 People MUST STOP putting the faith of their childrens future in the hands of only one man...one man can only do what one man can do , only the PEOPLE as one can stop tyranny and opressing government...only the people. RISE !
In actuality in all walk in polling it had people picking Ron Paul; than the exit polling showed different. So do you peole really think that you are gettting the candidate that you really want at all.
It is all as phony as a 3 dollar bill. Those people like Newt, Rick and Mitt; could not win honestly off what with their actual philosophy or Ideology, all those people are such frauds with
their
voting
records. Look at their records. Look who benefits with them. It is all fixed.
I love how Newt avoided to name the 4 things. "We'll (get my trolls to) have a site." "I don't want to waste my time on him (but I'll make my trolls do it and I'll rant how I won't)"

RON PAUL SAYS THINGS THAT NO OTHER CANDIDATE DARES TO SAY AND HE ALSO MEANS WHAT HE SAYS ! HE IS THE ONLYONE WHO CAN SAVE THE US-SPIRIT AND US-SOCIETY WHILE THE ZIONISTS AND THEIR PUPPETS EVERYWHERE DESTROY IT !
DEAR AMERICANS VOTE FOR RAUN PAUL OR YOU WILL LOSE MORE AND MORE YOUR LIBERTY, FACE MORE WARS AND DEEPER FINANCIAL DEBTS UNTIL THE US WILL TOTALY COLAPSE!
Give in - Will The Jews Let Ron Paul Win? - on Youtuve and watch the movie you get and also the other movies of Brother Nathaniel!
If Romney is "overwhelmed" by personal attacks from Gingrich... what does he plan to do when the entire world insults/attacks him????????????? RON PAUL!!!!!!!!
If you think Ron Paul is winning, you're spending too long on the internet libertarian blogs. The majority of Americans don't want him, despite his commendable anti-war stances, because of his otherwise extremist views, and nobody wants him less than the GOP. Yes, Paul is the most fiscally conservative, but who ever said the GOP wants a fiscal conservative? They just want someone who will pander to the rich, the corporations, and will pretend to be religious to get the poor vote.
@acidjack73 Extremist views? He wants to not spend more than we make, wants to stop policing the world, wants to stop the ridiculous war on drugs, and wants the US gov't to actually follow the Constitution...among other things. It's frankly sad that you find these beliefs extremist. Not one of the other candidates can respond to his logical, thought out answers, so they are content to bicker over who said what in their ads. The media wants "reality tv", not a good candidate.
@BenjaminStreifel It's Paul's belief that corporations should be completely unregulated and his desire to decimate workers' rights that I have the most issue with. THAT is most certainly extremist, and would be horrible for this country. I agree with your "reality tv" assessment.
@acidjack73 I can understand that concern, but balance it with our "regulation" today...regulation written by the corporations (Read SOPA/PIPA, et al) so it doesn't really apply to them. Corporations are considered PEOPLE by the supreme court! Adding more "regulation" doesn't actually mean anything. Also, I'm sure Dr. Paul would say that federal regulations are not ok'd by the constitution, but states can certainly regulate their businesses.
MINUS RON PAUL THIS IS THE REPUBLICAN PARTY? THIS IS A JOKE NOT A DEBATE ITS BICKER BICKER BICKER ...... i HOPE IM NOT ALONE IN THINKING OUR ELECTION PROCCESS IS MORE LIKE AMERICAN IDOL THAN THE LEADERS THAT REFLECT AMERICAN POPULOUSE ......... RON PAUL IS THE ONLY CHOICE AND HE DOENST GET TO SPEAK HERE LOL ....
Good thing that Ron Paul doesnt waste his time thinking what it would be like to be president cause the chances of him ever winning are slim to none, and slim just left town. He is gonna get battered in Florida cause of the Jewish money down there, and when he finishes fourth again Im sure that I will hear how 'its rigged'. Duh, Republicans have said outright that he will not be the nominee. How many under 30 voters he has doesnt mean shit, he wont be the republican nominee, period.
@delreydavid If that's the case, then it's a shame. Dr. Paul is the only one that can beat Obama. Romney is the same as Obama, but less charismatic. Newt is smart but crooked and dishonest and would lose to Obama on moral grounds, Santorum won't last the whole race. Paul is the only one that has a consistent, conservative message and will also pull Democratic votes from Obama and will get out the Independents in droves. The GOP is really hurting themselves by ignoring Ron Paul.
@flat6quattro How can Paul beat Obama when it looks like he cant fight his way out of a wet paper bag. If he was so great, how come he isnt running rings around these fools? Cause he never intended on becoming president, it was just a campaign to push a message and then get his son Rand on the ticket for VP. All the Paul supporters have been had, just like the Sarah Palin supporters. Sure he can get those other votes, but he cant get Republicans to vote for him. A lost cause.

WallStwizkid 3 weeks ago
@WallStwizkid Okay, aside from the gold standard argument. You're right that "getting back to the gold standard" is impossible these days. By economy I guess I really mean government spending and debt, where if we have the right policy on government spending and debt (which I believe he does), it will get the economy growing again.
ProudSpeakerofWhale 3 weeks ago
@ProudSpeakerofWhale No I agree, gov. spending is out of control. During the recession, when it's favorable to inject money into the economy to reverse deflation, keeping interest rates low, the gov. spent more money into the economy causing more inflation, and then deflation etc etc. There was volatility in even the shortest term money markets. This means borrowers couldn't negotiate favorable rates with lenders, causing more instability.
WallStwizkid 3 weeks ago
@ProudSpeakerofWhale The gov. did not help, which is why the recovery has been sluggish, only recently have we seen considerable signs of a recovery, and improvement in the financial markets and unemployment rate. That said, almost every candidate up there agrees with that, which means Ron Pauls kooky gold theories will offset any budget improvements. Not to mention his foreign policy is not only terrible, it's non-existent.

@WallStwizkid
StratusBlue 1 month ago
@StratusBlue Plundering the rich didn't work out so well for 18th century France, it ended in the Napoleonic wars. I don't think these kids know how good they have it. Take the poorest section of America, and they still live like royalty compared to some 3rd world hell holes. I'm also getting sick of the whole disparity nonsense, a gap between classes is good, it actually motivates people to want more, and has produced some of the greatest thinkers of all time.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@WallStwizkid
StratusBlue 1 month ago
@WallStwizkid Actually whiz kid what I am referring to is a monetary policy built on the free market system, which is built on capital, not credit. I know you're going to fire back about that because you'll proclaim that those sytems of economics are outdated, but its problem is that a market that thrives on credit, thrives on consumers and potential investors. Credit is useful and very profitable. But what happens when it begins to get so available, that literally, everyone is entited to it?
CJStew06 1 month ago
@CJStew06 Modern economies are based on credit, for numerous reasons, but for the sake of text space I'll condense as much as possible. When you increase the money supply, there's low rates and it encourages investments. You also put more money in the hands of consumers. So with consumer spending up, businesses respond by increasing production, demand for capital goods rises, as well as demand or labor. It also enables companies to issue equity and debt in the securities market.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 When the economy expects inflation, interest rates adjust to it, as well as labor contracts. The economy is cyclical. Growth cycles can easily turn into the economy overheating, which is when it's rate of growth declines. When the money supply is contracted, and companies fight over a smaller pool of money, prices decline and consumer spending increases as well. That's usually seen during the holiday sales season.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 That's very different than a policy based around deflation (gradual increase in purchase power), which results in a decline in spending, and slows economic activity down. That's just not an option for an economy this size. Oversupplied markets result in an increase in unemployment, similar to conditions prior to the great depression. Looking at economics in terms of either prior to the depression (Ron Paul) or post depression (Keynesian methods) is ridiculous.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 I don't have enough space to talk about consumerism, but it's more important than you realize. Without consumerism, very important economic calculations such as cardinal and ordinal utilities would not exist. In fact, during the industrial revolution, a lot of economists referred to it as the "marginal revolution." There's no rational price discovery without using calculative methods, and without consumerism, do you really think rational pricings would exist on labor value?
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 Maybe in Afghanistan they could get by on labor value, because they probably can do each others job. In a modern industrialized nation, where everybody is not capable of doing everybody else's job, yet rely on the availabilities of goods and services from their labor, you'll begin to see how irrational it is to go outside of true price competition. Most industrial nations aim for a 2-3% increase in annual inflation, with disinflation after growth, not deflation.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 As far as inflation rates go, it's silly to ignore savings and increases of spending on imports (preventing inflation rates from rising further-i.e.-price competition beyond domestic supply), which is why the quantity of money = inflation (Ron Paul) is incomplete and inaccurate. Also, people talking about the money supply on youtube are using ridiculously general terminology. There's three main classifications of money M1(least accurate exchange mediums), M2(store of value)
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 or M3 (broad money, de-facto money, i.e.-money market mutual funds). Guess what their overtly general comments unknowingly focus on? They focus on M1, which is ridiculous. It once again ignores savings. Bank income is generated from 3 sources- 1. interest on loans 2. foreign currencies on deposit (the dollar is still the reserve currency in all modern banking systems globally. 3. inter-banking lending 4. services provided to other banks.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 Guess which form of bank income is measured in the money supply? None of it, bank income isn't measured. Banks extend credit in the form of consumer debt, and they also pay out interest for use of the funds (interest savings/checking account availabilities). This in turn establishes fair value returns on investments (Keynesian theory, i.e.-capital is re-invested or not available to lend). Without knowing how to read a yield curve, it's pointless talking about credit.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 When somebody doesn't know what interest rates mean on a yield curve, their opinion on the current system has no value. Long term rates show the value of a currency and economic stability, short term rates just show the day to day demand for capital supplies in the banking system. This means a normal yield curve should register higher long term rates vs. short term, with short term rates more prone to fluctuate, forming the actual slope of the curve.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 Finally, another important aspect of the credit system is, the stability of economic cycles. There IS a need for a central bank, and that need is to control the flow of money and smooth out economic cycles. Gold standards or any other system that uses notes as commodity receipts isn't capable of smoothing out business cycles. If necessary I'll provide references to charts that show how boom and bust business cycles were on the gold standard, and even more so prior to the Fed.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 Or you can just look up any historical chart that shows inflation and deflation levels in the U.S. Capital is defined as money spent to realize a return, and also an obligation. When you understand that, and put all my points together, you'll realize that proposing free market capital, and opposing the credit system, is an oxymoron. Last point I want to make before I get too carried away- open textbook models on economics are also incomplete.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 Unless they changed since I was in college, the Keynesian methods they preach are not always accurate. What's important here is, Keynesian methods laid the foundation and evolved economics, and Austrain methods are all supply-side theory, outdated, and closed off to debates that have never been resolved. This is one of the reasons why 99 percent of mainstream economists reject it. I've learned more about economics working within the financial markets.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 There's an important concept called reflexivity within the financial markets in relation to the economy. This alters the fundamental perception of the economy, causing states of either dynamic or static disequilibrium. This can be evidenced in the financial markets for crude oil, and just about all price discovery relative to commodities that have exchange traded derivatives available for price protection. Traditionally, this did not occur so frequently.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 Sorry, I noticed a typo *bank income is generated from 4 main sources
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 Oh by the way, when it comes to reflexivity, it's more important than some of these news "analysts" acknowledge. Every time I hear an opinion on the effect on oil prices a blockade around the Strait of Hormuz will have, I laugh. All the numbers they spit are solely factored on input and output distribution levels that rely on the traffic of oil through the strait. The "analysts" that say the effect of a blockade is exaggerated, don't know what they're saying.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@CJStew06 If you apply the concept of reflexivity, the result is the exact opposite. Meaning, a better guess would be that an Iranian blockade around the Strait will most likely skyrocket oil prices.
WallStwizkid 1 month ago
@WallStwizkid What's stupid about strict conservative fiscal policy and caring about what happens to the American tax-payer's dollars? Currently, we have a government trying to preside in so many things that it strangles the free markets and leaves people unaccountable for their own decisions because the government will bail them out at every turn. Politicians acting on their own liberal agendas, trying to create a "utopian" society where everyone has the right to a government program is wrong

@WallStwizkid In a paragraph of seven sentences, i spent one, saying i disagree with Ron Paul.

WallStwizkid 4 weeks ago
@WallStwizkid I am not praising him nor am saying that I agree with the fact that he has a stubborn attitude about politics. What I am saying is that EVERY person deserves the same amount of respect. WallStwizkid 4 weeks ago
WallStwizkid 4 weeks ago
I agree, its why I don't agree with him. However that is not what I was talking about. I didn't say anything about his opinions or the amount of time he had to talk.
Divinemartyr 3 weeks ago
@Divinemartyr Ron Paul should just hold up a sign that says "the constitution" in debates. If you factor that in, he actually gets more time than he should. He's also long winded, and it's never a buzzer beater with him. He just keeps talking, ignoring the bell. I find it interesting that somebody against him doesn't factor any of this in. Yeah they're limiting his time, so what?
WallStwizkid 4 weeks ago

@desijamesbond90210 For one minute lets be real. We, you and myself, would appreciate Paul as Pres. History has shown that people who try to do whats right, within the government, get bullets. They just want someone who will pander to the rich, the corporations, and will pretend to be religious to get the poor vote.
acidjack73 1 month ago
@acidjack73 Sadly you are 100% correct!
RP has made an impact though, and as the country tanks further, and dems and repubs continue to fail Americans, his message will resonate with more.
GtheMVP 1 month ago
@acidjack73 Extremist views? He wants to not spend more than we make, wants to stop policing the world, wants to stop the ridiculous war on drugs, and wants the US gov't to actually follow the Constitution...among other things. It's frankly sad that you find these beliefs extremist. Not one of the other candidates can respond to his logical, thought out answers, so they are content to bicker over who said what in their ads. The media wants "reality tv", not a good candidate.
BenjaminStreifel 1 month ago
@BenjaminStreifel It's Paul's belief that corporations should be completely unregulated and his desire to decimate workers' rights that I have the most issue with. THAT is most certainly extremist, and would be horrible for this country. I agree with your "reality tv" assessment.
acidjack73 1 month ago
@acidjack73 I can understand that concern, but balance it with our "regulation" today...regulation written by the corporations (Read SOPA/PIPA, et al) so it doesn't really apply to them. Corporations are considered PEOPLE by the supreme court! Adding more "regulation" doesn't actually mean anything. Also, I'm sure Dr. Paul would say that federal regulations are not ok'd by the constitution, but states can certainly regulate their businesses.
BenjaminStreifel 1 month ago

Good thing that Ron Paul doesnt waste his time thinking what it would be like to be president cause the chances of him ever winning are slim to none, and slim just left town. He is gonna get battered in Florida cause of the Jewish money down there, and when he finishes fourth again Im sure that I will hear how 'its rigged'. Duh, Republicans have said outright that he will not be the nominee. How many under 30 voters he has doesnt mean shit, he wont be the republican nominee, period.
delreydavid 1 month ago
