Im not sure how to make a tutorial. I just followed a tutorial that came with 3ds max. Im sure if you search for it on google or something you could find it.

Uhhhh I dont remember what the render time was since it was like a year ago. I dont think it was more than an hour but it always depends on how good your computer is.
