I am not sure, but I think, he is mixing something from Julian Joseph with Carla Bley, they both have some tunes that could fit into here: Carla Bley and Steve Swallow in "Masquerade part 3" at Duets maybe and Julian Joseph in "Dance in a perfect World" at Reality, but this ist just a guess (I think in the beginning and also at 5:15 I hear a line out of Julian Josephs "Dance in a perfect World")

R.I.P Mike. This is one of my all time favorite tunes, which I once heard on the NYC Jazz station, CD 101.9. Watching this live version, and comparing it to the musically recorded version, I really love the way Petrucciani and the band improvise much of this one.
